Tudo estava ótimo, quarto confortável, localização fantástica, café da manhã gostoso e com variedade, chuveiro potente, funcionários atenciosos. Eles organizam o transfer de e para o aeroporto, achei seguro e prático.

This should be a 4-star hotel. It is clean, offers unbeatable service, and has a great breakfast.We got to know Aziz, Mehmet, Gokhan, Aykut, and Yunus. The manager, Muzzafer, met us on our last night. We ended up staying there 8 nights! Aziz ensured that all our needs were taken care of, from assisting us at the ATM to escorting us to a restaurant. I have never experienced such service, even at a 5-star hotel! They made us feel like family!

Café da manhã variado, maquina para escolher o q tomar . Varios sucos , chá, agua com gas , frutas , croissant, pao de forma, outros, obo cozido e mexido , tambem queijos e comida turca a vontade . Na recepção apenas 1 era desagradável, os outros eram sociáveis e gentis . Eles dão apenas 1 cartao , o quarto fica quente qdo se chega . As janelas sao antiruido .Chuveiro muito bom . Localização excelente, da pra fazer tudo a pé , com supermercado e restaurantes próximos.

A very nice hotel at a reasonable price, An excellent central location to all the main sights in old town.

We had a great stay, although Expedia messed up our reservation for a twin room. It was miscommunicated to the hotel and they only had a queen bedroom to offer. However, our stay was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and offered great tips on places to visit and for shopping. Thank you to Aziz especially, and to the other friendly staff.

New hotwl in a prime walking area in Center. Beautifully decorated while preserving the historic nature of the building. Service was always prompt and polite.

Hotel Nena was the perfect choice for our stay in Istanbul. Located just steps from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar, the location couldn’t be better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and full of character. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The highlight was the rooftop restaurant—delicious breakfast with an unbeatable view of the city and Bosphorus! A warm, welcoming atmosphere with everything you need for a memorable stay. We can’t wait to return!

観光地に非常に近くて便利です

We spent a week last year, and it was amazing. Was disappointed this year by the room we were given, the cleaning person dud not take the time to change sheets ir to cover the bed properly. We did not fnd soap the first night when we got there very late. Aziz and Yoculd were very helpful and very kind as usual. The price was also higher thus year.

Excelente ubicación, seguro, cerca de todo, desayuno delicioso y personal muy amable. He ido varias veces a Istambul y siempre elijo este hotel.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location close to sites and easy access to Tram to get to further away locations. Very clean and nice!

We arrived early morning and were met at the desk by Aziz. He helped us to get checked in before 11am. Rooms were basic but perfect for us. The location of the hotel is very close to T1 and major sights in Old City. Breakfasts were wonderful and we would stay here again. Staff is very attentive and helped us with every need. Great little hotel-Highly recommend!

Ubicación excelente. Principales visitas a pie y también conexión con tranvía muy cerquita del hotel. Personal superamable. Hotel muy limpio, bien cuidado, con separación para reciclaje. Por ponerle algún pero la habitación era algo más pequeña de lo que pensaba, así como el armario. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Conveniently located in centre of Sultanahmet

It is a small, cozy, 3 stars hotel, but worth as 5 stars because of its stuff. Gokhan, Aziz, Ogukan, Aylut and Mehmet are very service minded team, always there to support. Thanx to Gokhan I did not cancel this trip, as he was informing me on daily basis about current situation in Istanbul ( protests in that time). They supported me when needed some food in the middle of the night or helped me to solve internet connection when I needed to finish something quickly work related. Also, Sabiha, Erkan and Fazil were amazing in the kitchen, trying to answer us all question regarding different dishes. One day I asked for cherry juice, which they did not have that day, but the day after the juice was there. The food was various and super delicious. Location was perfect, very close to all main attraction. Even though that the hotel is located next to the main street, I could not hear the noise from outside (my room was located above the restaurant). If I shall express my thoughts regarding possible improvments that would be: 1. to have glas mug in the toilet for tooth brush ( I used one from my room - problem solved). 2. The room door were super heavy, but I will take that as a good quality. :) 3. During night you could hear all noise from other rooms or the hall (actually that is the only negative I could say about this hotel). Despite this we were sleeping like a babies. I would definitely recommend this hotel, worth the price and for sure will stay there again.
