Was ok. Nothing fancy at all

The first room they offered smelled terribly. It was so bad, we didn’t even bring luggage in. They moved us right away, to a room with AC that didn’t work properly. When we called the desk, the guy said that maintenance has just left and he had no fans. When I called a half hour later to complain and request a refund and cancel our next day because we couldn’t sleep in the heat (it must’ve been 80 in the room!) he offered us the front desk fan, and had it delivered. George, the night manager, was the hero! He got us a better room for the next night, too.

It was okay. The room and staff were great. Apparently they were updating their internet service and my room had no availability for this service.

I liked the pool and the gym was very entertaining!

Property was clean, and front desk receptionists are friendly! Bar tender very anti- social!

The breakfast that came with the room was very good!

Need microwaves in the rooms. And do a better job at not letting the hallways flood from the ice machines.

Comfortable bed and big room.

4th floor smelled like mould. Hotel is dated and needs an upgrade

Our air conditioning wasn’t working. I let the front desk know, but nothing was done. With 100 degree weather you would think they would check to make sure the air conditioner was working. There was also a bug in our bed, we were told they were short on house keeping, so I’m guessing this means rooms aren’t going to get properly cleaned. There was a group of people smoking in the pool area and no one told them to stop. I’ve stayed here many times and never had a bad experience until now.

When we arrived we were greeted by huge roaches that looked that had been dead for a while. Our restroom for a party of 4 had 2 towels and midway through a shower we discovered there was no conditioner in our bottle. When my husband went to ask for 2 towels they said the only person with a key had left for the day so we couldn’t get any until the morning. The jacuzzi was not available all day and when I asked if they would open it anytime soon the elderly gentleman rudely said no with no further explanation. My son went to use the gym restroom and scraped his foot pretty badly on a machine. I was trying to ice and bandage it Asap. It was about 11:30 when my husband called the front office to get a 30 minute late check out he was told yes and 5 seconds later told no. The lady at the front office said she should have asked her manager Alee first before telling us yes. I would not recommend this hotel. Beside the breakfast staff and the one lady at the front desk all other staff is rude. Hotel is run-down.

A very nice pool, Spa, weight room . Always clean

I liked the fruit infused water in the lobby. The blow dryer in my room was defective. I also had poor water pressure for any temperature other than hot in the shower.

Really enjoyed that we were able to park right in front of room which made it easy to add an unpack our bags.

It was an awful experience! From the property exterior, to the room size, bathroom size, poor lighting & no fan, Pitiful WIFI, charging $3.00 for a bottle of water, very dated carpet & curtains, I had supposedly paid for a poolside patio room, not even close, Then the EXTREME bathroom experience! Toilet overflowing, hence couldn’t use it! They did over a plunger, which I had to use myself! Hellllloooo, I’m not a plumber! Yes, it was at 2:00am, which my alarm was set for 4:30am. Hence, couldn’t go back to sleep & left early to go to the bathroom!!! Then the smell! So awful ! Smelled like a cat liter box! Very minimal amenities! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I would of changed hotels, though was too tired from driving & knew that I had an early work event!
