Good location, the outside of the property could use some updating. The space in the room is a little snug. Staff is nice, pool area is not as nice as some of the other hotels in the area.

Check in was not at all. I called at 12 pm that day to see if I can get an early check in. The front desk person said yes it wouldn't be an issue although I can't guarantee it. I said we are driving from LAX. Front desk person said there were plenty of rooms and checking in early was not a problem. I arrive at 2pm to the hotel and there were no rooms to check in early. I asked if I can upgrade the room to get in early. Response was no. I asked to speak to a manger who then offered me a room for an upgrade. Terrible customer service.I will never tsay there agian.

They give you cookies with walnuts upon checking in, they do ask you if anyone is allergic to nuts. Little did I know I was allergic and whole face was swollen. They could have offered something else that doesn’t have any nuts for people like me who doesn’t know their allergies.
Second, Sunday we were woken up by continuously knocking by maid and just opened the door, it was 9:00 AM!!!! Before I could even come to the door she immediately closed it.
Overall, room was great and very clean.

Extra blanket was dirty. Add parking fees to your total. Add surprise security deposit. Soda beef very uncomfortable. Cookies are good. Try quality inn instead

The parking fee is not presented in a way in the booking process that allows you to actually realize that is additional to your stay. That was disappointing.

Pleasant staff, clean spacious rooms, nice pool/hot tub, walking distance to Disney and also a block from the free shuttle. Great value for this convenient hotel. Cookies at check in are a bonus! Will come again next time we go to Disneyland, highly recommend!
