Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

We have stayed all over Clearwater Beach and it was our first time staying here. The pool and Beach area are great. Breakfast on the deck is wonderful too. I would definitely stay here again!

Great retreat for 2 nights with a gulf view king room. Everyone was very cordial & helpful, especially the valet team, & pool side service. We were very disappointed to find out the beach rental chairs would not allow us to sit close to the water, but far back on the beach. So our beach experience was limited to only an hour sitting on our towels. Thank goodness for a wonderful pool! Another surprise and disappointment was the size of our bathroom....very small for 2 people to share. Bedding was very comfortable.

Everything was great except the bug that my wife described as a dinosaur sized bug that came crawling out. It was the only thing that was a disappointment. I understand with the construction going and the hurricane having just come through in the last year. It just scared the wife a lot.

The hotel is a little run down but, overall it was a nice stay

I was disappointed in the overall appearance of the hotel. This is a 4 star hotel/resort. You expect more when it's a resort, and you're paying a daily resort fee. The beach bathrooms were filthy. Absolutely disgusting. It's like no one attended to the bathrooms all day. The women's pool bathroom was out of toilet paper. I asked staff to replace it, and 30 minutes later, there was still no toilet paper. Housekeeping was incomplete. Either the room didn't get cleaned, or when they did clean it, they forgot to leave towels. Actual beach and location is nice. Would be nice to have a night light in the room so my 75 year old husband wouldn't trip going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Good security at the pool gate, but lots of empty chairs all day long, and many people unable to get a pool chair because of this.

Family trip. Perfect location. Very accommodating staff. Restaurant on site or many within walking distance. Very well insulated as we were told n the city side and barely heard any noise. Can’t wait to come back!

We was on our one year Anniversary. We did Yoga on the Beach, had massages and relaxed by the pool. Everyone was super accommodating, loved our stay. Our room was cleaned and refreshed with new towels everyday along with our beach refreshed.

The fact that you have to pay $100 for beach chair and umbrella rental on their private beach was bad. Impossible to get a chair at the pool.They don’t leave enough bath towels or clean the room our 2nd day. Very disappointed- will stay elsewhere next time.

Having to pay extra for cabana, chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Ridiculous prices. At least give your guests chairs for the beach with their stay .

Bathroom barn doors squeaky, and hooks in bathroom loose and falling off. Rooms need some attention. Beach chairs and umbrellas were ridiculously expensive when already paying resort fee. Everything else was good

Great location , Great STAFF

The staff was friendly and helpful however the rooms were outdated and enjoying the beach when you do not rent their umbrellas nor lounge chairs results with you being told you aren’t allowed in the area of Hilton rentals and had to walk to the shoreline that’s difficult when older and carrying chairs and an umbrella. We were Hilton guests paying for all the amenities but not permitted to be in this area!

The property is on a beautiful stretch of beach in Clearwater convenient to all the restaurants shops and within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious

Room needs updating but was good enough.

I am not one to complain but this I must admit was hard for me to Ignore. So we happened to decide last minute to take our kids on a little vacation to Clearwater. We picked the Hilton because it was reasonable and the room said Gulf view. Well the view was mostly of a black rooftop that was dirty and the constant loud sound of fans blowing from the HVAC system. Do not pay the extra for the gulf view because you can’t really sit out on the balcony. Not enjoyable. Also they were doing construction on the fifth floor while we stayed there. It was loud and very messy in the hall way, also while walking in the hallway my son felt something go inside his flip flop. It was a large screw from the construction, thank goodness it didn’t puncture his foot. If you are going to do construction Hilton on one of your floors maybe you should close it down. Or discount your price for that floor. Shame shame on you.
