I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After checking out, I discovered that my credit card had been charged twice for the same stay. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told it would be “fixed right away,” but days later the duplicate charge was still on my account.
What made this worse was the lack of urgency from the staff. I had to call multiple times, repeat the situation to different employees, and still got no clear answers. A billing error can happen, but the way it was handled showed very poor customer service and zero accountability.
I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never had such a frustrating experience dealing with something so basic. I’m still waiting for the refund of the duplicate charge, and until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this property.
Double-check your bill if you stay here. This was unacceptable and completely avoidable.
