Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Renton

The hotel needs some TLC, but the staff and other factors like breakfast, airport shuttle, and location made up for it. One of the most helpful and polite hotel staff I have encountered. Would stay there again.

Staff was rude when we asked questions. Items such as shampoo,body wash empty. Kitchnette had caninets where doors and drawers were almost impossible to open.

We had a wonderful experience. The shuttle transport made everything smooth.

Stove barely worked, phones did not work, constantly had to get new key cards because they stopped working. Didn’t feel the most upkept/clean

Staff was helpful, room was clean. Limited dining options nearby, none really walkable, but you can get anything via delivery. only stayed one night but happy with price and room. Plan to stay here again when in area.

Called the hotel for the airport pick up and was told 3 times, can't talk now and hung up on us. We had to wait 2 hrs for a pick up. He driver was great and friendly. I was the staff behind the desk, so rude. We had requested a room with a pull out couch, asked for bedding 2 times and finally had to go down and get them ourself. The room was musty smelling and looked very worn out.

On the booking page, it was indicated that there is a business center for use. And found out they do not have one. Would be good to update that to avoid confusion and manage expectation

My room had a bug smashed on the wall and fingernail clippings on the rug. The cleaner was in the hall so she came and vacuumed and cleaned the wall. It obviously wasn’t done between guests.

Staff is very friendly in person but not able to assist, out of supplies, poorly managed shuttle.

We landed at 6:45 p.m. I called the property to ask them to send the shuttle, and the man who answered was very rude. I asked him where to wait for the shuttle. He told me to ask someone at the airport, and after I got there, call them back. When we tried to call back at the shuttle pickup location, we were hung up on 11 times. I'm not exaggerating. The phone picked up, nobody said anything, and then the calls disconnected. We called our friends, who were already at the property, and asked them to go to the front desk and tell them where we were and to come get us. When our friend asked them why he kept hanging up on us, he told them that he had just put us on hold. This was patently false. He disconnected our phone calls 11 times. If we had not had friends already there to help, we never would have gotten a shuttle at all. We waited over an hour for the shuttle. When it arrived, it was almost full, and did not have the space to take us and our luggage. The man driving the shuttle was very nice, and said he would come back for us. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes for him to come back. When we told the driver what happened with the man at the front desk he said it was not the first time someone complained about him. I have never stayed at a hotel where I was treated so poorly. This was inexcusable. If we had taken a cab, we would have gotten here in 15 minutes. It was TWO HOURS from when we started waiting until we got to the hotel. I am LIVID at this treatment.

Couch was stained - needs to be replaced, and had to wait until 3:30 to check in.

The room was fairly clean and very acceptable, but the common areas (halls, elevators, etc.) could use a little more attention to the cleanliness of the carpet in these areas. Overall though, it served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower while we visited the Seattle/Tacoma area !!

Property is old and dirty. Very far from the airport as well. Poor service. Breakfast was all in packaging. Trust me stay some where else.

Excellent service

Everything is great here! Very friendly staff, spacious and very clean room, free use of laundry appliances (Wow!), dog friendly, and close to downtown. Freshly baked cookies at the front desk during check-in! They have a good selection of food for breakfast. Pike’s Public Market is about 15 miles away from the hotel. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Seattle. Thank you!

Old outdated. Rude front desk staff. Housekeeping was always late. Original check in was at 3 pm, I was not able to check on until after 6 pm. So called breakfast was the worst I've ever had.
