I really liked it here. I personally walked the 1/4 mile to the restaurants that were all good. The place is clean and quiet. The staff is great and the breakfast hits the spot

Staff was very nice at arrival , convenient breakfast in the morning there was shuttles to the parks and the rooms were good comfy beds and everything was nice and clean

Nice room great service breakfast food is typical. They do add 20.00 a day to park and eat breakfast I was disappointed with that probably won’t be back for that reason as I didn’t eat there

check in was easy and it was located conveniently close to disney springs however the pool closes at 10 or 11 and the hotel had dehumidifiers in every hallway and it still seemed musky. Also our room had a "barn door" style bathroom door which does not provide much privacy and looked shoddily installed. The parking and property felt safe and it was fine for a place to crash for the weekend.

This is a solid budget family hotel. I wouldn't use it as a weekend getaway with my partner, but it can be used to stay for a few nights with your kids for one of the Disney parks nearby. The room was very clean, had a fridge, a microwave, the WiFi was solid, nothing to complain about. The food was very limited - it's a budget family hotel, so nothing fancy. Note that the hotel charges $20 "amenity fee" if you park onsite.

All staff was non- English speaking. They made an error with charging me then woke me up at 545am and insisted I go to the front desk to pay the extra $21.00. The facility itself was great and a location is perfect. The staff needs to learn some serious customer service skills. Definitely won't be staying there again cuz having to be disturbed from sleep after a long day is not worth it.

Overall for an overnight stay it was good. We were put on the first floor close to main lobby and it was a bit loud in the am. Breakfast was blah but its expected. Overall it was inexpensive, clean bed/firm, safe and close to main attractions.

My stay was okay. The staff can work on their professionalism. Front desk staff were friendly, but the Room Service staff were unprofessional in their approach to us not needing service at the time they came to our room.

The room was quite clean and very comfortable and in spite of policy to clean the room every other day, staff came in every day. Area around the hotel was lovely, beautiful landscaping and appeared to be very safe. Bed was comfortable. Hygiene items provided were inadequate, no conditioner or lotion provided and soap was very irritating and harsh. Water pressure was extremely low.

I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times and never had any sort of issues. However, the room I was assigned wasn’t the best. When I checked in and walked to my room the door was propped open as if someone was in there. I walked into the room and everything was open (drawers, lights, ac filter, microwave). Everything was clean so I figured everything was left like that to show that it was however out of the many times i’ve stayed here the room was never open like that especially the door which really caught me off guard and left me a little uneasy. The AC in the room was very loud when turned on, it would rattle and wake both my wife and I up at night every few times it would turn on. The tv in the room would glitch and the shut off for a few seconds and turn back on. Needless to say I believe I just got a not so great room because like i’ve said i’ve never had any problems or issues with previous rooms i’ve stayed in.

There were five power outages in the time I stayed there, so in the span of three days. I understand that it wasn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, though. The real issue I experienced was that we were placed close to the maintenance/laundry room. The workers were talking and laughing all hours of the night, and slamming doors constantly. This made it extremely difficult to sleep. Lastly, on the last morning of our stay, we were awoken by screaming, yelling, and fighting around six in the morning. From what I gathered, a woman and her boyfriend were arguing. Overall, an unpleasantly eventful stay. However, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast provided was great.
