I very rarely criticize any hotel and I fully understand you cannot ask much for the price but this one was quite disappointing, and definitely does NOT deserve the 7,8 score it had when I booked. Seems to me the base floor has been refurbished (which are the rooms in the pictures) everything else is quite outdated and lacking maintenance. Smell in our room was awful, which is to be expected as the windows do not open and the carpet is very old. Breakfast was one of the worst Ive seen. Location is the only advantage.

The place is very nice but the staff is excellent.

I was immediately repulsed by the lingering stench in my room. The room was filthy, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom had too many stains. The best part of the stay was checking out, knowing that I would never return.

⭐ If I could give this place zero stars, I would… maybe even negative. Where do I even start? Someone threw up in the elevator, and instead of actually cleaning it, they just threw some towels over it. Mmm… nothing says “welcome” like a lingering stench of mystery vomit. We tried to look past it, but by the time we got to the 4th floor, the universe said, “Hold my beer.” We opened our room door and were greeted by… small cockroaches. Yep. Tiny roommates we definitely didn’t ask for. We left immediately. When we told the front desk, the attendant acted like this was totally normal. At that point, I considered asking for a loyalty card for all the “pets” we didn’t bring home. Never again. Would not recommend — unless you’re into surprise wildlife and questionable hygiene.

nice area to be in if you’re visiting disney world, but i arrived with complaints about cleanliness due to the bed being dirty, bathroom walls being dirty, and room itself looking worn down. i didn’t complain because i figured im from vegas & hotels are just not as nice, but i had to complain after the first night due to ANTS IN THE ROOM. i asked for a different room & they said they’ll send room service up- this did not fix anything, every night a ton of ants would come. you could spot them on the kitchen counter, beds, table, & INSIDE any food left on the TV stand for more than 5 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR FAMILIES OR INDIVIDUALS

roma have zero closets for hanging had a formal down that needed that - room was either too cold or too hot could not regulate the air conditioner and it was sooooo loud hallways were super hot and muggy smelled like mold and carpets were filthy and old staff seemed like hard workers but it was odd when i went to lobby to have a drink and wait for uber all the workers were sitting in the lobby taking up all the seating so it was awkward so i stood outside in the heat

looks nothing like the photos - hallways are damp and super hot - rooms were ok no closets to hang clothes , shower barely ran with mold around tub. air was either super cold or hot cold. seems like the libby was always full of workers so no place to sit and wait for my uber etc

Not what i expected very outdated does not look like the pictures on Hotels.com. Unfortunately I feel like I was lied to.

The room appeared to be really clean but several long black hairs were all over the floors and in the shower.
