The staff was really nice and helpful. I stayed with my 2 kids for 5 days and we ate breakfast at the hotel every morning and went swimming at the hotel pool every evening. I ended up needing things like deodorant, cough drops, and laundry detergent. I literally found all those things in the lobby shop of the hotel. I did multiple loads of laundry and was psyched to see the washer and dryer were free. No quarters! We filled our water bottles every day at the filtered water fountain. We played a little on the pool table. The kids even worked out for an hour in the gym. And It's not even 15 minutes to Carowinds. Our trip could've been so much more stressful for me if the hotel weren't as great as it was!!

I wish i would have asked for the name of the lady that checked us in, she was AMAZING. The front desk staff was excellent throughout our stay. My kids made friends and had a blast in the pool. My husband, parents, and i loved playing pool in the lobby! Room was exactly what we expected (maybe a little more.modern which was nice).
I have had horriible experiences with other Hilton properties but this stay has me wanting to continue staying with them.

Stay away from this place! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite us booking only one room they claimed there was booking for 2 rooms and charged us twice. Pure fraud!
When we called to dispute the charge the front desk person was clueless and manager was extremely rude and actually hung up on us.
There are many hotels nearby so stay away if you don’t want to be defrauded and waste time and energy trying to clean it up.

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay the hot options were slim. Like having unlimited coffee and tea. The doors kept sticking. Could do without the multiple silt text about my stay while I’m trying to enjoy my time off. Seems a bit much. Like not having to pay to park. The staff were pleasant and helpful with food options. It’s a bit much having to run to the lobby every time we need to use a microwave.
