Bilik yang bagus dan luas. Sesuai untuk keluarga yang mempunyai anak kecil kerana ada ruang untuk membasuh dan membancuh susu. Hotel ini menyediakan katil bayi tambahan untuk anda. Kakitangan yang mesra dari saat anda turun dari kereta. Walau bagaimanapun, sarapan pagi agak teruk. Semoga hotel ini bertambah baik. Perkhidmatan housekeeping tidak lengkap, tidak kemas dan kemas. Saya ada surat khabar untuk mengemas bilik, tetapi bila saya balik, ada beberapa barang yang masih bersepah, selimut dalam buaian bayi tidak berlipat. Cadar katil kotor tetapi tidak ditukar.

Lokasi yang sesuai untuk berulang-alik, restoran yang bagus betul-betul di sebelah hotel. Keluarga tiba awal, jadi hotel menyokong daftar masuk 1-2 jam lebih awal, kakitangan sangat bersemangat & ramah. Cuma perlu perbaiki kepelbagaian juadah berbuka, saya sangat berpuas hati 👍

Checked out one day early due to no sleep whatsoever - directly over the road from the hotel is a club that plays the loudest Vina-House till around midnight. My room was actually shaking to the beat. Then when the music stops, the local store venders commence Karaoke till 5am. When I spoke with reception, they explained this is an ongoing problem, but didn’t want me at all on my arrival and yet still put me in a room they know has major sound issues.

The noise with the karaoke/disco on the beach across the road from 8pm to midnight “every evening” was the negative for this hotel. To the point where the Manager moved us from a beackfront suite with a balcony view to a room at the back - but this did little to help the noise level. Not the fault of the hotel owner, but a lack of coordination between the issuing authority who permitted this incessant noise and appears unwilling to work with hotel staff after receiving many complaints from irritated customers. My husband and I stayed in Hoi An for 5 nights to get away from the noise. Not the relaxing holiday we were thoroughly looking forward to - especially following my treatment for cancer last year. Sadly this holiday turned into a nightmare for us. The hotel is otherwise a nice place with all amenities.

I have been staying at AlaCarte since 2016. It’s my go to hotel in Da Nang. It has an excellent location, service and facilities. Unfortunately this trip did not live up to the usual high standards I am used to. The staff appeared stressed and occasionally rude. The facilities are beginning to look tired. Our room was not serviced until very late in the afternoon or after we requested it. The buffet breakfast seems expensive when not included in the hotel price. The location still stands, it’s brilliant for a beach holiday. The rooftop pool and bar is what makes this place special.

Overall stay was very enjoyable but a few things were not ideal. Location and beach views were great but rooms facing the water can be quite loud overnight due to late-night music from clubs on the beach. Breakfast choices are excellent. The hotel allows group dance classes to overtake the pool area which was a negative as it blocked the use of the pool and bar during the peak part of the day. Check out process is unreasonably slow. Plan on extra time to check out because the room must be inspected before you can complete check out.

Hotel is well located, right across the road from the beach. We had a beach view apartment with great views up and down the coastline. The room was on the larger side, with a small kitchenette. Although too cold for me to swim, the rooftop, infinity pool, bar, and restaurant area upstairs was superb. With fantastic views out towards the city. The breakfast buffet was good, but not my favorite we had in Vietnam. Short Grab ride to Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha, and the Dragon Bridge. 1 point to note when booking on the beach side. There are two bars opposite on the beach, playing extremely load doof doof music until very late at night. Obviously this is out of the control of the hotel, but something you may want to consider if you’re a light sleeper wanting a beach view.

Overall stay was very enjoyable but a few things were not ideal. Location and beach views were great but rooms facing the water can be quite loud overnight due to late-night music from clubs on the beach. Breakfast choices are excellent. The hotel allows group dance classes to overtake the pool area which was a negative as it blocked the use of the pool and bar during the peak part of the day. Check out process is unreasonably slow. Plan on extra time to check out because the room must be inspected before you can complete check out.

Hotel is well located, right across the road from the beach. We had a beach view apartment with great views up and down the coastline. The room was on the larger side, with a small kitchenette. Although too cold for me to swim, the rooftop, infinity pool, bar, and restaurant area upstairs was superb. With fantastic views out towards the city. The breakfast buffet was good, but not my favorite we had in Vietnam. Short Grab ride to Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha, and the Dragon Bridge. 1 point to note when booking on the beach side. There are two bars opposite on the beach, playing extremely load doof doof music until very late at night. Obviously this is out of the control of the hotel, but something you may want to consider if you’re a light sleeper wanting a beach view.
