Room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly each day by our cleaner Duyen. She looked after us and granted small extra requests like extra shower caps. Buffet was good, fresh eggs were a highlight. Croissants were not the best. Front desk staff were very helpful and easy to talk with. Thank you for a lovely stay!

With the advantage of convenient transportation system, EDENSTAR SAI GON HOTEL also offers the luxury guest rooms, hospitable services as well as the completely furnished business facilities. Today, EDENSTAR SAI GON HOTEL HAS Become the first Choice for the local and International businessmen. EDENSTAR SAIGON HOTEL owns 129 comfortable guest rooms with simple and graceful designs but well-furnished that bring a relaxing space to our customers to get away from the city hustle. Breakfast served in buffet style in the separate restaurant area. The hotel also has massage area and Fitness Center with an outdoor Swimming pool and Bar with views of the City, more than 350 meters 2 conference Rooms with a capacity of more than 350 Guests."

Bien situé, proche centre et du Palais de la réunification. Belle entrée avec lustre et piano mais c'est décevant derrière. Le grand brun à la réception est méprisant. Chambre Deluxe avec fenêtre donnant sur un hangar. Fre Bar = 2 petites bouteilles d'eau minérale et 2 bières bon marché, imbuvables !. Nous avons changé pour un autre hôtel dans la même rue, de la même gamme pour moins cher et plus agréable. La rue est bruyante, souvent bouchée.

I am booking a hotel room through Hotels.com and selecting the option to pay on site. I usually do this when traveling with rooms/locations 2, 3, etc. I use an Amex card as my payment method. However, I see that this is not accepted by any of the hotels. Hotels.com should be aware of this and make it possible to change the payment method in a few simple steps when the hotel contacts the customer 1-2 days in advance. I almost thought I would have to look for a new hotel or cancel my booking. This puts a slight damper on the vacation. When you are on vacation, you should not have to worry about what the next day will bring. I have to say that the hotel staff were very accommodating and held the room for me even though they had no definite assurance that the customer would arrive or be able to pay. This was after a few messages on WhatsApp. When I arrive at the hotel, I am greeted by the friendly staff at the reception. They explain that they have upgraded my room.I don't know if this had anything to do with the incident a few days earlier regarding payment for the room. This was a pleasant surprise. And the room was incredibly beautiful with a large balcony and a view and a large bathroom. There were two bathrooms. I think they called it the presidential suite. This was beyond all expectations. Well settled in, I took a trip up to the pool area. This looks very good. Sorry i had to long resume from my stay her 😊
