A delightful hotel, tastefully decorated, in a central location. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is professional, always willing to help, friendly and respectful. Breakfast is copious and varied. Bar and restaurant are pleasant and the food is delicious. It is our second stay in the hotel and we will definitely come back.

Hotel very central for walking. Staff were amazing & a credit to the hotel. Room was very clean & sufficient, advertised as an executive with balcony, however a lot smaller than we thought & the balcony wouldn’t fit a chair & had a terrible outlook (not worth the extra cost). Pool wasn’t great, the sun beds were on a different level & only 4 available. Breakfast was OK. They allowed us to store our luggage FOC for 2 days whilst on a cruise. Overall a good hotel but not 5-star

베트남은 여러 번 가봤지만, 하노이는 처음이라 위치, 가격, 조식 등 여러 가지를 따져서 호텔을 예약했어요. 위치 : 우선 평점이 좋은 4성급 이상 호텔 중에서 골랐습니다. 호안끼엠 근처가 맛집, 마사지 등 접근성이 좋아서 호안끼엠 주변만 검색했어요. 호안끼엠 주변에 이런 규모의 4성급 호텔이 굉장히 많습니다. 위치는 정말 좋아요. 침구 : 저는 잠자리가 바뀌면 잠을 자지 못해서 호텔 숙박 첫 날은 거의 못자는 편인데, 이곳은 침구가 편해서 첫날부터 어느 정도 취침이 가능했습니다. 조식 : 조식 맛집이에요. 매일 조금씩 바뀌는데, 뭘 먹어도 맛있었어요! 특히 요거트와 빵, 베트남 요리 코너와 카페 쓰어다 맛집입니다👍 조식이 맛있어서 매일 아침 과식하는 바람에 하루도 점심을 먹은 적이 없어요ㅋ 서비스 : 직원들 서비스 수준이 완벽합니다. 웬만한 5성급 호텔보다 훨씬 친절했어요. 호텔에 머무는 동안 직원들 덕분에 기분 좋을 정도였어요. 특히 Lyly는 첫날 체크인부터 마지막날 체크 아웃까지 늘 웃는 얼굴로 친절하게 저희를 잘 챙겨줬어요❤️ 정말 훌륭한 직원입니다👍 해외여행을 거의 30회 다녔지만, Lyly같은 직원은 처음이었어요. Lyly외에도 다들 서비스가 훌륭했어요. 전반적으로 하노이 여행이 만족스러워서 조만간 또 가려고 하는데, 그 때도 호텔은 무조건 이곳을 이용할 겁니다. 지금까지 갔던 호텔 중 최고였어요. 아! 수질은 어쩔 수 없어요ㅠ 필터 샤워기 챙겨야해요.

I just completed a three day stay here and I give it the highest recommendation. It has the best location, the best service, and really nice rooms. Once you walk out the lobby of the hotel, you are in the heart of the old quarter with cafes, shops, and restaurants everywhere. It is located in such a vibrant and fun location. I’d like to give special mention to Hope, who was attentive, friendly and considerate. The staff at this hotel are amazing, and easily some of the most professional staff I have ever encountered.

What an amazing stay we had. We were greeted at the entrance and they immediately made us feel at home. Special thanks to Grace Nguyen, who was extremely helpful with everything. We exchanged WhatsApp numbers and any question we had during our stay, she answered right away. Even before the stay our visas were not approved and Josie was so helpful working with us. We are so thankful to the whole team who were fantastic! Great location and easy to get around to some of Hanoi's hot spots. We also booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel which was awesome.

We highly recommend this hotel. A very friendly staff that outdoes itself to make your stay perfect. Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi which is an excellent starting-point to explore the city. Food is excellent and a big choice for breakfast. Would book this hôtel again without any hesitation.

베트남은 여러 번 가봤지만, 하노이는 처음이라 위치, 가격, 조식 등 여러 가지를 따져서 호텔을 예약했어요. 위치 : 우선 평점이 좋은 4성급 이상 호텔 중에서 골랐습니다. 호안끼엠 근처가 맛집, 마사지 등 접근성이 좋아서 호안끼엠 주변만 검색했어요. 호안끼엠 주변에 이런 규모의 4성급 호텔이 굉장히 많습니다. 위치는 정말 좋아요. 침구 : 저는 잠자리가 바뀌면 잠을 자지 못해서 호텔 숙박 첫 날은 거의 못자는 편인데, 이곳은 침구가 편해서 첫날부터 어느 정도 취침이 가능했습니다. 조식 : 조식 맛집이에요. 매일 조금씩 바뀌는데, 뭘 먹어도 맛있었어요! 특히 요거트와 빵, 베트남 요리 코너와 카페 쓰어다 맛집입니다👍 조식이 맛있어서 매일 아침 과식하는 바람에 하루도 점심을 먹은 적이 없어요ㅋ 서비스 : 직원들 서비스 수준이 완벽합니다. 웬만한 5성급 호텔보다 훨씬 친절했어요. 호텔에 머무는 동안 직원들 덕분에 기분 좋을 정도였어요. 특히 Lyly는 첫날 체크인부터 마지막날 체크 아웃까지 늘 웃는 얼굴로 친절하게 저희를 잘 챙겨줬어요❤️ 정말 훌륭한 직원입니다👍 해외여행을 거의 30회 다녔지만, Lyly같은 직원은 처음이었어요. Lyly외에도 다들 서비스가 훌륭했어요. 전반적으로 하노이 여행이 만족스러워서 조만간 또 가려고 하는데, 그 때도 호텔은 무조건 이곳을 이용할 겁니다. 지금까지 갔던 호텔 중 최고였어요. 아! 수질은 어쩔 수 없어요ㅠ 필터 샤워기 챙겨야해요.

I just completed a three day stay here and I give it the highest recommendation. It has the best location, the best service, and really nice rooms. Once you walk out the lobby of the hotel, you are in the heart of the old quarter with cafes, shops, and restaurants everywhere. It is located in such a vibrant and fun location. I’d like to give special mention to Hope, who was attentive, friendly and considerate. The staff at this hotel are amazing, and easily some of the most professional staff I have ever encountered.

What an amazing stay we had. We were greeted at the entrance and they immediately made us feel at home. Special thanks to Grace Nguyen, who was extremely helpful with everything. We exchanged WhatsApp numbers and any question we had during our stay, she answered right away. Even before the stay our visas were not approved and Josie was so helpful working with us. We are so thankful to the whole team who were fantastic! Great location and easy to get around to some of Hanoi's hot spots. We also booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel which was awesome.

We highly recommend this hotel. A very friendly staff that outdoes itself to make your stay perfect. Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi which is an excellent starting-point to explore the city. Food is excellent and a big choice for breakfast. Would book this hôtel again without any hesitation.
