They have Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Bagel and different type of Breads to toast along with butter, jam options. They had some fresh fruit juices along with bunch of other breakfast options. Rooms are very clean.

Everything about this hotel is perfect! The location is wonderful for strolling around the old town and is walking distance to most attractions. We stayed in 3 different rooms during our visit and they were all lovely, which has a balcony overlooking the street. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, especially the french toast, and the restaurant menu is good, with lots of choice. We ate here 3 times and were never disappointed. The crowning glory of this hotel is the staff. They are delightful-nothing is too much trouble and they take a genuine interest in your well being. They remembered us from a previous stay, last year, and treated us like old friends. Each time we returned from our various side trips (Halong Bay and Sapa) they made a room available for us to shower and change, while we waited for our room to be ready, and gave us breakfast. This hotel sets the standard for service that others should follow. We are already planning our return!

I have received one of the best service from this hotel in my entire life. The staff is extremely welcoming and are always available for your needs. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for your stay in Hanoi- Old Quarter. The location can’t be beat and not to mention the hotel rooms are nice and clean! They were able to take us in last minute due to a cancellation in our trip and accommodated us so quickly. They truly took the time to get to know us and understand what we’re looking for out of our trip to Hanoi! You won’t regret booking this hotel.

Location is amazing and so close to everything.
Staff are great, they were always available when we needed them and they went the extra mile. We lost our phone on the first day and they tried to help us as much as possible. Also gave really good recommendations for places to eat and the whole process for checking in and out was really quick.
Rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be rebooking next time we come back to Hanoi. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
