"Hotel Selesa dan Bersih di Pusat Bandar" Saya baru sahaja menginap di Hotel BB Sapa selama 3 hari 2 malam dan saya sangat berpuas hati dengan pengalaman saya. Hotel ini terletak di pusat bandar, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk mengakses tarikan pelancong dan kemudahan lain. Bilik hotel ini sangat bersih dan selesa, dengan kemudahan yang lengkap. Saya juga sangat gembira dengan kakitangan hotel yang ramah dan membantu. Terima kasih khas kepada En. Jayce, yang sangat cemerlang, ikhlas, cepat, dan sentiasa membantu saya dengan aktiviti kami di Sapa. Sarapan pagi di hotel juga sangat lazat dan pelbagai, dengan banyak pilihan menu dan harga yang berpatutan. This would be remembered as one of the most pleasant stay we had because of the Sapa Square staff, during our few days April 2026 stay, led by Jayce their front desk main man. Jayce just went beyond the service of what was expected, I remember my buddy lost a pair of Gucci prescription glasses at the mountains in Fancipan , Jayce went out of his way communicating with Fancipan Starbucks lost and found, and there indeed we found the eyeglasses and Jayce even went on arranging the return of the lost item for the owner and the person who found the eyeglasses. With Jayce he talk with good command of English and immediately makes you feel that you are going to be taken care of. We felt comfortable dealing with Jayce, and he’s been our go to guy whenever we need guides on Sapa tours , activities, transport, foods, currency exchanges and others. He is a natural of customer service. We highly consider coming back at Hotel Sapa Square because of services we experienced with Jayce.

Us unique concept of service including the 24 hour room which will allow guests to enjoy their room for 24 hours from arrival as well as breakfast whenever or wherever during the stay, international and local calls at cost, preselect amenities such as pillow, tea, music and soap that guests can select from our online U Choose programme and more. This all ensures that guests have a totally relaxing holiday experience to recharge and reconnect with the local environment and its beauty, bringing back with them the most memorable moments of a life time. Deluxe express train are available from Hanoi to Lao Cai as well as car or van transportations from Lao Cai to Sapa.

This would be remembered as one of the most pleasant stay we had because of the Sapa Square staff, during our few days April 2026 stay, led by Jayce their front desk main man. Jayce just went beyond the service of what was expected, I remember my buddy lost a pair of Gucci prescription glasses at the mountains in Fancipan , Jayce went out of his way communicating with Fancipan Starbucks lost and found, and there indeed we found the eyeglasses and Jayce even went on arranging the return of the lost item for the owner and the person who found the eyeglasses. With Jayce he talk with good command of English and immediately makes you feel that you are going to be taken care of. We felt comfortable dealing with Jayce, and he’s been our go to guy whenever we need guides on Sapa tours , activities, transport, foods, currency exchanges and others. He is a natural of customer service. We highly consider coming back at Hotel Sapa Square because of services we experienced with Jayce.

For what I paid I was pleased. The hotel is a bit tired. The rooftop bar is great. The location is very central. The sound insulation is basically nonexistent - take earplugs with you!

We had a great time at this hotel! Location is super central, right across SunPlaza station, the starting point to Mt Fanzipan and across Sap Square and Stone Church. Rooms were excellent - our rooms had a nice view of the square. Note at wintertime, they only have heating so if you feel warm, just open the window. Family room is very spacious. Staff were courteous. Breakfast had lots of options for international guests.

Stayed for 2 nights, I was given a room next to the neighbour hotel and was noisy as a group next door were having party till almost 3am, loud noises, screaming etc etc. They change another room for me and was much better and managed to get some rest. Breakfast selection is good. The room condition is OK and basic, water pressure is low, TV channel is very limited. Staff attitude is quite rude. The only plus point is the location at the center of the town.

The rooms are nice even though the bathrooms are a little dated. Hotel management need to take on a no nonsense approach for rowdy and drunken guests as my colleague and myself where woken up in the early hours by yelling and banging on doors by these inconsiderate undesirables. The good points is the staff are wonderful and accomodating and very polite. The location is excellent being right in the heart of where all the action is and also Sapa train station is right across the road. The acoustics need to be looked at as the hallways leading to guest rooms are all tiled and there is a lot of noise when other guests are coming and leaving their room. The buffet breakfast is excellent and plenty of choice. There is also a 24 hr gym that is well equiped. The skybar is excellent for a meal or a quiet drink and has a wonderful view out to the square and mountains.

Very nice hotel overall. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including an omelette station and a pho station. The location is great, right across from the square. The gym is well equipped, and they also have a spa and massage services on site. I highly recommend staying here—they even leave a nice little welcome package when you arrive, which was a thoughtful touch.

Very nice and clean hotel centrally located in SaPa. Wonderful staff from house keeping to kitchen staff to reception. Special thanks to the excellent reception team of Kevin, Joyce, and Leo. Kevin was especially helpful- always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. We will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom the top of the sink has a moldy & the room has fusty. If you get a tour from them they will very friendly. However, if you do not, they turn a pace and treat you with basic - the outside build is nice and near ar.

Hotel Sapa Square is in a perfect location right in the center of Sapa, next to Sun Plaza and just steps away from the monorail to Fansipan cable car. Many attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are within easy walking distance. The hotel looks newly renovated and offers good facilities, including a restaurant, Sky Bar, massage services, and a gym (no swimming pool). My deluxe room was spacious, clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a balcony overlooking Sapa Square. Breakfast (6:30–9:30am) offered a good mix of local and Western dishes. The Sky Bar on the 5th floor is cozy, affordable, and a great place to relax. What really stood out was the service. Special thanks to Kelvin, who went above and beyond — from warmly welcoming us, personally showing us to our room, to even arranging and negotiating a taxi for us. Levi was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a truly welcoming experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä. Skootterin vuokraaminen onnistui helposti ja hotellissa oli oma parkkihalli. Aamupala olisi voinut olla runsaampi. Gluteenittomia vaihtoehtojen ei ollut erikseen tarjolla. Kokki valmisti pyynnöstä hyviä omeletteja. Huone oli tilava ja ikkuna torille päin.
