The people who work there are so helpful and friendly!! It’s located a bit outside of the town, so really nice if you would like it peaceful. They offer free bicycles so you get into the centre quickly. They also helped us renting a motorbike

I highly recommend staying at Phong Nga Mountain House. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The hostess and her family showed the epitome of hospitality and thoughtfulness. I arrived too early, so the room wasn't ready. When I came back to check in, the hostess already turned on the AC and hot water for the shower for me. I had to check out at 5am and the hostess was already up and prepare a take away breakfast for me. I would stay there again if I am in town again. The only negative was the dining area is swarming with mosquitos that bite through the pants.

Good location in Phong Nha, walk to restaurants or use their bikes. The staff are wonderful and the breakfasts were excellent. The Villas are a little small but very clean and just off the street so you don't hear the traffic. Beds were comfortable and had a good sleep here. If ever back in Phong Nha we would stay here again.

The staff are really friendly and happy to help. The location is quieter as slightly out of town, but bicycles can be hired for free from the hotel and everything is really easy to get to. I ate my evening meals there and the owner made me really great vegetarian food. Breakfast was included and really very good as well. The hotel is basic, but the sheets are clean and the location is convenient. I’d stay again!

Absolutely amazing! Room was gorgeous and spotless, Ms Ai and all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Without doubt, this has been the best stop of our trip and I hope Mountain House will let us come back in the future! We had dinner at Mountain House one evening and it was excellent - real home cooked food. Free use of the bikes was great and Ms Ai organised a cave tour and a moped for us. An incredible stay that made us feel truely welcome!

The setting itself is beautiful – peaceful and surrounded by nature – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. They provide free bicycles, which is a great way to ride around and see the local area at your own pace. Our group of 3 stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best experience. The cabins are just like the pictures and in a quiet area that is very peaceful and relaxing. The home cooked breakfast each morning and one home cooked dinner we enjoyed were just delicious. The owners were beyond welcoming and so friendly and their dog is the cutest thing we’ve ever seen. We would recommend this place to anyone looking. To visit Phong Nhã. We also used their free bikes to bike into town for meals which was a lovely time. They also helped us book tours which were all great. All in all this is a wonderful place.

I only stayed one night at Phong Nha Mountain House, but it was a wonderful experience. The place is family-run, and you can really feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The setting itself is beautiful – peaceful and surrounded by nature – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. They provide free bicycles, which is a great way to ride around and see the local area at your own pace. The family also cooks homemade breakfast and dinner, which were both delicious and made with care. Even though my stay was short, I felt very well looked after and would happily return. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy, authentic stay in Phong Nha.

Our group of 3 stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best experience. The cabins are just like the pictures and in a quiet area that is very peaceful and relaxing. The home cooked breakfast each morning and one home cooked dinner we enjoyed were just delicious. The owners were beyond welcoming and so friendly and their dog is the cutest thing we’ve ever seen. We would recommend this place to anyone looking. To visit Phong Nhã. We also used their free bikes to bike into town for meals which was a lovely time. They also helped us book tours which were all great. All in all this is a wonderful place.
