Lễ tân thân thiện và chu đáo, khách sạn sạch đẹp và thoải mái. Phòng rộng đầy đủ tiện nghi. Cả nhà mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ lễ rất thoải mái và vui vẻ. Mình thật sự rất rất hài lòng.

Booked the “suite grand”, 2 bedroom and loved it. Everything was so clean, modern & spacious. View was great, we lived on the 17th floor. It was easy to use the washer & drying machine. The kitchen was fully functional with all appliances you need. You get complementary water each day. Facilities are great. They have a playroom for kids, billiard room, clean gym, big pool and warm jacuzzi. The staff is very polite and helpful. While we waited for checkin, we could leave our luggage in the lobby and hangout on the floor with all the amenities. The food you order from roomservice is high quality. We ordered the fish&chips, bun Bo hue and pork chop several times. It cost around 180000 vnd/dish. Was worth it. So tasty. Breakfast was good. You order one warm dish from a menu and then there’s a help-yourself buffe with bread, yoghurt, fruits, egg, bacon and several other warm dishes. The egg Benedict and porridge waa so-so, but everything else was good. Close by you can find a coop mart and within walking distance you can find the Michelin recommended “pho hoa Pasteur” which you have to try. I stayed in VN for 1,5 month and ended up staying here twice during that stay because it was the best hotel so far.

Clean and comfortable accomodation, classy place comparable with 5* Hotels, if not better. Will be one of my favourite accomodation places in Ho Chi Minh. I have stayed in many luxury hotels in Ho Chi Minh, and this is comparable with most high end ones Near to locals area away from touristy area.

Hotel was fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent. The best part was in the afternoon of our last day we were able to store our luggage after check out, and use the shower facilities on level 1 for no extra charge before our train journey in the evening. That kind of sevice makes all the difference for a family of four and we would highly recommend.

まず、ホテルに一歩入ると蘭のお花の香りで とても良い気分になりました。 お部屋は広くて綺麗な上、キッチン（食器に料理道具付き）、洗濯機、乾燥機が付いていたので本当に便利でした。（洗濯洗剤はありません） お風呂も熱いお湯が出ましたので気持ちよかったです。 ホテルにあるプールとビリヤードで楽しみました。 その他に、ジムとキッズルームもありました。 歩いて５分のところにスーパーがあるので 重いお水やお土産を購入するのに 大変便利でした。 朝ごはんは利用していないのでわかりません。 スタッフの方々は皆笑顔で親切です。 次回もこちらを利用させていただきたいと思います。

Unser Studio 801 war großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Lediglich kochsachen fehlten (Salz, Pfeffer) Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Hier unbedingt die Lüftung einschalten und auch die Tür auflassen, auch wenn es nervt. Ansonsten schwimmt die Kammer. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich Der Shuttle in die Innenstadt funktionierte reibungslos. Man kann aber auch innerhalb von 15 min. zb an der „Notre Dame“ sein Der poolbereich ist komplett überdacht. Teilweise zieht dort ein kräftiger Wind durch

Room was clean, staff super respectful and friendly. Two issues that I would like to provide feedback on. The front lobby and elevators have a strong smell that is overpowering and causes irritation. Consider not over spraying the perfume. Many of the members in our group commented on it. The water heater was tricky to use. Maybe provide better instructions at check in so that it does not frustrate the guests.

The staff at Sherwood suites were absolutely spectacular, the breakfast had many options that all appeared to be fresh versus going to some hotels where it looks like the food‘s been sitting there for three days prior. Paragraph the room was exactly as shown in the pictures and what a plus to have a large washer and dryer inside of the hotel room. Absolutely intend on coming back to this location for an extended stay and Sherwood suites helped us to make Vietnam a destination that we will definitely be returning to. It’s extremely noisy. You could hear people shouting on the street and car honking every single minute! For this reason, I did not enjoy a single night good sleep. Be careful with long term booking!

まず、ホテルに一歩入ると蘭のお花の香りで とても良い気分になりました。 お部屋は広くて綺麗な上、キッチン（食器に料理道具付き）、洗濯機、乾燥機が付いていたので本当に便利でした。（洗濯洗剤はありません） お風呂も熱いお湯が出ましたので気持ちよかったです。 ホテルにあるプールとビリヤードで楽しみました。 その他に、ジムとキッズルームもありました。 歩いて５分のところにスーパーがあるので 重いお水やお土産を購入するのに 大変便利でした。 朝ごはんは利用していないのでわかりません。 スタッフの方々は皆笑顔で親切です。 次回もこちらを利用させていただきたいと思います。

Unser Studio 801 war großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Lediglich kochsachen fehlten (Salz, Pfeffer) Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Hier unbedingt die Lüftung einschalten und auch die Tür auflassen, auch wenn es nervt. Ansonsten schwimmt die Kammer. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich Der Shuttle in die Innenstadt funktionierte reibungslos. Room was clean, staff super respectful and friendly. Two issues that I would like to provide feedback on. The front lobby and elevators have a strong smell that is overpowering and causes irritation. Consider not over spraying the perfume. Many of the members in our group commented on it. The water heater was tricky to use. Maybe provide better instructions at check in so that it does not frustrate the guests.

The staff at Sherwood suites were absolutely spectacular, the breakfast had many options that all appeared to be fresh versus going to some hotels where it looks like the food‘s been sitting there for three days prior. Paragraph the room was exactly as shown in the pictures and what a plus to have a large washer and dryer inside of the hotel room. Absolutely intend on coming back to this location for an extended stay and Sherwood suites helped us to make Vietnam a destination that we will definitely be returning to. It’s extremely noisy. You could hear people shouting on the street and car honking every single minute! For this reason, I did not enjoy a single night good sleep. Be careful with long term booking!
