Staff were absolutely fabulous, so helpful. We loved our stay the room was comfortable and the hotel was in a perfect position in the old town. Even though it was so central we were not bothered by any noise.

Great location with the view of the lake and a few minutes walk to most attractions in the Old Quarter. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean and well maintained.

Wir waren lediglich für eine Nacht hier. Von der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt am Hoan Kiem See gelegen. Der einzige Nachteil daran ist, dass es wirklich unfassbar laut in dem Zimmer ist. An Nachtruhe ist hier nur mit Ohropax zu denken. Für eine Nacht aber absolut in Ordnung und empfehlenswert.
