Beautiful apartment with so many extras provided. Great host, responded to any queries swiftly. In walking distance to the town centre and some good pubs/restaurants close by. Will definitely book again!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is spacious and very comfortable. Darren was a great communicator and it was an easy check in with a parking space at the back of the building. It was a short 10 minute walk to the wonderful Cardiff Castle.

Apartment itself was lovely. Though I arrived without any of the entry instruction so had to call hotel.cm who took 20 minutes fo me standing In the rain to get access.
When inside it was lovely though stunk of weed. May have been the apartment below but was terrible.
It was also freezing cold and the heating would not come on. The shower was freezing and the electric heater in the bedroom only blew cold air. So slept in my jumper.
Shame. But would probably not stay again. Artisan apartments next door we’re far better.

The accommodation was close to Cardiff city centre so easy to walk to pubs, restaurants etc. We had very detailed instructions on how to get there and access our apartment. Milk, tea & coffee was provided so we could have a cuppa on arrival. TV, Wi-fi and central heating all working perfectly. Living area, bedroom & bathroom all clean & tidy. An enjoyable stay.
