We had an excellent experience at Parador44. From the moment we arrived, we were very well received. The service was always very good, friendly and helpful, which made all the difference during our stay.
The room was always very clean, organized and had a pleasant smell. You can see the care in every detail.
The breakfast was also a highlight. We highly recommend trying the homemade granola and the toast with jam, which are delicious.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming experience in Cardiff.

This was lovely hotel with great staff but no elevator which is why I gave it a 4 star rating. The staff were gracious in taking up suitcases and there was an “honesty” lounge on the second floor with drinks and food. One just wrote in a book what you used and paid on checkout. A beautiful breakfast was included.

Superb venue only one complaint our room had an extractor fan outside window presume for either kitchen or air con which didn’t switch off all night - humming away which was annoying, did mention to staff member who said would take up with owner, no contact from them as yet

Great little boutique hotel in the centre of Cardiff. Fabulous room, although it was a bit of a climb to the top of the building... the lady who checked us in did offer to help with our bags though! Lovely quiet terrace area with honesty bar. We ate in the restaurant before going to an event in Cardiff and the food was excellent. The car park is right opposite and is very secure. Although the area as you leave the carpark seems like it might be dodgy at night time, it was all very quiet when we got back just after midnight. All in all a really pleasant change from the usual chain hotels.

Beautiful room. wxceptional standard and cleanliness. Great amenities in the guest lounge area. A bit noisy at night due to city location. Loved everything about my stay except for ONE thing and that was an hour of someone throwing kegs into a truck in the middle of the night. I guess you have to expect that kind of thing when you're staying so central. Room was fantastic, breakfast was great, and location was prime.

The hotel and theme is beautiful. Very thought out design. The bathroom and bedroom were a good size and beds were comfy. Rooms come with dressing gowns and slippers which was a lovely touch. Especially when unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 5am and we needed something to chuck on quickly.
As above, the alarm woke us up at 5am and took a while to be switched off. The porter, bless him was panicking to turn it off. However, no real apologies made or gesture, considering I was wide awake from that time then.
Also, despite the quality of the rooms, my room on opening the door smelt fousty. I tried to ignore it but every time I walked in it hit you. Not sure if it was the air con or maybe something on the carpet.
I did look in the lounge and terrace but didn’t make use out of it. It was well stocked and lovely and peaceful in there.
The breakfast in the morning was delicious. And the staff were great and helpful.
I would stay here again even given the mishap with the alarm, it couldn’t be helped
