Hotel vicino riva ,ma che divide hotel dalla riva un autostrada non attraversabile

Personnel, très sympathique, que ce soit de la réception au cuisinier, ainsi que les dames qui nettoient les chambres très accueillant et à rendre service

El unico punto desfavorable, fue que nos informamos en una llamada al hotel preguntando por el parking previo al viaje y dijeron que habia disponible para esa fecha y cuando llegamos dijeron que no era posible. Cambiando un poco el itinerario ya que contabamos con poder dejar el coche, sin necesidad de zona azul o parking exterior. Por el resto todo muy bien, el personal al completo muy atento y amable. Gracias

Accesibilidad al hotel complicada. No es céntrico pero está bien comunicado.

Hotel zelf prima. Schoon en rook fris. Gastvrije receptie en werden goed geholpen Parkeren op eigen terrein is wel tegen betaling van €10 per dag. Housekeeping deden goed hun werk. Alleen de verbouwing naast het hotel zorgde voor wat herrie en stof.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, the room was spotless and the rooftop pool was perfect for us to relax and dip in and out of to cool down. We can’t wait to return and will happily recommend!

Me and my friend visited for 3 nights, the staff were lovely however the room it’s self was not the best. Overall it was ok to stay in but the floors were extremely dirty making me feel unclean to stay there. The shower would leak everytime and go into the bedroom and crest a safety hazard as there was puddles of water and would rot the bottle of the door making it hard to open and close. The cleaners would come up and clean it everynight for us as it was lifting up the floorboards. I did comment everyday to reception about how dirty the hotel room floors were and nothing was done about it.
