Soweit in Ordnung

Great stay, the staff was excellent and accommodations were on point. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Location is near many landmarks.

I have now stayed at this hotel for three days, and unfortunately, it has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Already at check-in, we experienced long waiting times before we could even get our room. When we finally got to the room, it quickly became clear that the soundproofing is extremely poor. You can hear everything from outside, even with the windows closed. In the evening, we could clearly hear the guests in the room next door, and even after contacting the reception, nothing could be done—the walls are simply too thin. The next day it got even worse: we could hear guests several rooms away as well as those above us, where the wooden floor creaked loudly with every step. On our last day, the problems continued. We could hear conversations from other rooms, and the noise from the bathrooms is very disturbing—every time someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower, it sounds as if the water is running directly through our own bathroom. As if that was not enough, the towels were dirty and contained hair from other guests, which is completely unacceptable. If you are looking for a good night’s sleep, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel. It is practically impossible to sleep here, and you will likely be awake most of the night due to the constant noise. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel in any way. The experience has been very unpleasant from start to finish. 0 out of 10 stars.

RAS mais ça reste un peu cheap pour un **** Chambre famille au deuxième étage avec tous les bruits de la rue … très mal dormi … dommage. Sinon le reste est bien. Personnel top. Déjeuner nickel

Rommet hadde ikke noe vindu (var vendt innover). Dårlig luft, og veldig slitt. Gulvet og lister hadde tydelige fuktskader. Hotellet var mer 3 stjerner enn 4. styr unna :)

O quarto possui bom tamanho, oferecendo conforto durante a estadia. O café da manhã é variado e muito bom. A localização também é excelente, próximo de mercados, restaurantes e lojas, o que torna tudo mais prático e agradável.

Although it was rated as a 4-star hotel, I personally don’t think the interior finishing was at that level—especially in the bathroom and the area with the sofa bed. The room itself was quite spacious, but not in a particularly practical or useful way, so it didn’t really feel functional. For me, the condition and comfort of the bed are very important when staying at a hotel. I’m also not a fan of the setup where a room for four people has one main bed and a sofa bed. That said, the location was excellent, and the lobby was very spacious, comfortable, and pleasant—much nicer than the room itself. The main room and the main bed were good, and the sofa bed wasn’t in bad condition either. Considering that it was during the late February school holiday season, the price may have been reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. However, I still felt it was too expensive for the level of satisfaction I experienced at this hotel.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, quarto e banheiro grandes, café da manhã sensacional, muito completo. Apenas não conseguimos ligar o ar condicionado e na havia box no banheiro, que ficava um pouco molhado após o banho. Voltaria e recomendo!
