Run down hotel - room smelled like it had water damage

Greit hotell med sentral beliggenhet og praktisk takterrasse med basseng. WiFi fungerte 50% av tiden og 5G dekningen var elendig, noe som var veldig irriterende. Vannet på rommet forsvart den ene dagen. Aircondition anlegget fungerte veldig dårlig. Dårlig lukt på badet. Sengene var ok. Gymmen var veldig liten og dårlig, så den droppet vi.

Nous avons eu une chambre avec une odeur désagréable de canalisation, nous avons été de suite transféré vers une autre chambre, sinon agréable séjour

The location is terrible currently- La Rambla is full construction zone so be prepared to walk far to get anywhere worth seeing. Hotel room was clean and new towels daily. In room fridge and AC were very weak. The staff is hard to find to BUY ice- yes, prepare to be charged for a small bucket of ice. Room was very noisy to outside foot traffic up until 1am.

No AC. Switched rooms 3 times and had to sleep in the heat. Rooms did not feel like a 4 star hotel

Great place to stay and be close to everything you want to be close to in the ramblas. My 2nd time in Barcelona and you will not go wrong staying here. Close to everything you will want to be at and nice rooms with great staff.

Great location, walking distance to the old town with heaps of restaurants. Large rooms, Breakfast had a good variety, would highly recommend.

Please do not be fooled…this is not a 4 star by any stretch of the term (closer to a 2.5 star). Non functioning AC yet the staff will insist it works (talk about being gaslight from start to finish). Super busy area with very noisy rooms (I was up until 4am with all the people partying, yelling and sirens going on). Spend your money elsewhere. Disclaimer, this is the first time I ever rate a hotel so poorly and my standards are quite average.
