We had a five night stay in total. Our room was upgraded so we were in a large and newly refurbished superior king. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall really good. Pool and jacuzzi are a really good feature and staff very helpful. Room had a smwll of humidity but everything else was ok.

The room was comfortable and generally well maintained, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the in-room amenities was disappointing. The coffee mugs were not properly cleaned, and the electric kettle had significant limescale buildup, which came out every time we tried to heat water. We requested a replacement kettle at night, and while it was slightly better, it still had similar limescale issues. For a brand like DoubleTree, we were expecting a higher standard of attention to detail. Overall the stay was okay, but better maintenance and cleaning of basic room facilities would greatly improve the guest experience.

On returning after a long day at work the supposed cleaning of the room consisted of just throwing the quilt on the bed, no rubbish was removed, the Tea and coffee wasn’t replaced (so no tea and coffee was available) the place was a mess

The room was clean and staff were all pleasant and friendly. We did have an issue viewing the menu in the room via the TV to order room service and so had to take a picture of the one in the bar instead.

Dirty bathroom with sticky area on the floor. The whole room smell like urine the whole time, The shower drain was clogged and not letting water through, very noisy room with door slamming every 5 minutes. I thought the Hilton chain would give me at least a good night sleep but it was worst than a travelodge …Will not come back again.

Room was spotless. Disapponted that it was a stay for our wedding and i had informed the hotel but no mention upgrade or anything. Yet our friends were upgraded

Room with two double bed was more like 2 twin beds. Hotel suggested we book another room if we weren't happy and would need to split the family. After complaining got given a new room with 2 actual double beds! Toilet didn't flush and we ended up using bin to fill up water to flush. Asked for towels 3 times before we got any... Room was old and dated. Pillows were rubbish and matress uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke. Crazy busy - ordered sausages didn't arrive. Coffee machine not working on day 2. Food left in warmer so didn't taste great. Not enough staff so couldn't get any help or sevice... To busy clearing tables too care about customers there.

Amenities weren’t open during the stay. The showers didn’t work and room was dirty and unclean. Staff were unprofessional.

Lots of problems with my stay. First the room was cold and altering the air conditioning didn't make a difference. Second there was a problem with hot water in the bathroom. Restaurant closed early on the night I arrive and so I had to eat in the bar. The remains of some pretzels were on the stairs well the entire time I was there, and not cleaned up. Breakfast was very good though with very attentive staff.

Was ok until we asked for late check out they gave us till 1pm at 1250 they where calling us on the phone when we left money was coming out of our account we asked what was happening they accused us of smoking we don’t smoke the proff they had was an empty glass cake small bowl with black crumbs. Staff very rude stood by the bar for ten minutes until I was acknowledged
