Excellent stay at Crown Plaza in Harrogate. The location is good and it is within walking distance distance of the town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent with good choice , tasty food and brilliant service. Loved the breakfast buffet. Will definitely return.

Hotel could be cleaner in a lot of places. Staff polite, bar very expensive, breakfast had lots of choices but tasted bland. Could hear other people in rooms using their bathroom!!

Having stayed 3 weeks ago I was hoping for a better experience - I learnt from last time and took my own pillow so a great nights sleep and the breakfast everything was hot including the coffee - really enjoyable stay

This hotel would be suitable for people who like large, impersonal hotels! The housekeeping could have been more prompt and the car park wasn't easy to negotiate. With hundreds of people at breakfast, we would have expected for a 4 star hotel, not to have to queue up to get your own water for teas etc. from a machine and toast from the one available toaster! However, the excellent breakfast manager was working under difficult circumstances and conditions and was most helpful.

Quick night away - good price, comfortable and spacious room with a decent breakfast.

Room was spacious. Combined bathtub/shower was very slippery and a nonslip bath mat should be provided.

Lovely room, clean, fab breakfast. Location was great to walk into Harrogate. Only negative was small lifts & having to wait as with a case it was difficult to navigate stairs from carpark.

Centrally located. Roomy and clean.

from the moment I walked in the welcome was superb, friend and helpful the hotel location is good, parking underneath, and the aircon in the room - much needed - was brilliant this was a first class stay

Great location for visiting Harrogate. Central for all that the town has to offer. Staff made us feel most welcome. Convenient underground parking within the hotel.
