Clean and cosy room. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely bar area and club lounge. Excellent restaurant. Our 2nd visit and we loved it. Will definitely be back.

Staff were excellent, all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We’d return. Although I’m not a fan of having to pay for parking whilst a guest.

Hotel is in a great location with good underground parking. The staff on Reception, in the bar and the breakfast restaurant were very friendly & helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed few times excellent check in friendly helpful guy on desk . beautiful king room spotless everything you could want and helped when I was told I was entitled to late check out which helped us when departing.breakfast tasty as ever an great guy on welcoming in restaurant even remembered us from few months ago .great guy an wonderful personality.everything superb made it fantastic weekend will be back again 🤗😊

Had the premium room and it was a great size with decent amenities though shower a bit basic. Good breakfast selection, very helpful and friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant Good location for local restaurants, bars and shops

Lovely big room

We were given a key for a room and someone was in the room. Fortunately they had the latch across so we were prevented from walking in on them. The reception were unaware and asked if we were sure!

The menu for breakfast was very good the staff on entry to exit were helpful and polite. Room was clean but a little dark as the building is covered in scaffolding.

Very poor quality breakfast hotel was clean and well presented The hotel takes cash but the bar is cashless which is strange. Good location just a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly

Had to go to reception in the evening to activate a card to order room service, wasnt taken at the time of check-in which ended up being inconvenient on the 11th floor. Shower had no pressure and was dripping minimally, we stayed in room 1120. Club lounge was very boring and no atmosphere or music whilst we were in there... so only had one drink and left, not worth any form of upgrade difference in price and disappointing.
