Without a doubt, the best hotel I have stayed at. The client service, amenities, location, and the incredible view! This place is certainly going to be my go to every time I visit.

I always stay at the Mount Royal when I visit Banff. The staff are great and the location is perfect — close to everything. The only downside is that the hot tub could use an update, as the jets are very loud and sound like they might be broken. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay.

everything is good, acceptable. but you can't ask for a hot hotub, hot water for the shower come 2 out of 3 times, and the staff can't help you for this even we asked twise

Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The Brazen restaurant had a delicious breakfast! Location was in the heart of Banff and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Brazen is an excellent restaurant. Parking could have been free since it is off season when we came. Other than that, the experience was amazing.

I’ve visited Banff many times for family trips and usually stay at a hotel a little farther from downtown, but I decided to book here this time for convenience. The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were also quite comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been properly vacuumed or shampooed in some time, and the bathroom had visible dirt in several corners. When I used the shower, I also noticed a few loose hairs on the walls, which was unpleasant. If convenience and location are your priorities, this hotel does the job. But if you’re particular about cleanliness especially when traveling with kids I would recommend considering other options.

The mountain views were stunning, the location was perfect! Definitely recommend
