Great location, room was dated, one hot tub not working and other not in ideal condition.

Great hotel in Banff. The location is right in the heart of town. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was very nice with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

I was there for a Conference at the Banff Springs Spouse couldn't come so I wanted to stay somewhere more reasonably priced. there is a bus system called Roam that stops across the street. So I left my car parked for the 3 days and took the bus. The front counter staff even gave me bus tickets. Very nice hotel in the middle of Banff

Location is perfect. Staff was very professional, cheerful and wanting to help. The restaurant was amazing, and the accommodations were clean and of good quality. The rooftop hot tubs were in a bad state of repair. Making them a feature on the webpage is a big mistake. They were the only substandard feature in the hotel. Everything else's was top drawer. I'd definitely go again. Parking was no problem on the first week of May.

This hotel is in the heart of Banff. Really love how we can just walk to the trails from the hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful. Love this hotel.

At first we were worried about parking because we called ahead of time to look into it but they have a first come first served basis for parking. Their parking is somewhat limited and staff stated that their overflow parking was actually public parking which is $12 per hour from 8am-8pm. When we arrived, however, there was enough parking and staff let us keep our parking spot after check out so we could walk around the main street till we left the park. Rooms were very clean and welcoming. The bathrooms included shampoo and conditioner from Rocky Mountain Soap Co. which had a shop down the street. The rooftop hot tub was lovely and not crowded. Our room was located right above a bar so there were people shouting loudly every 10-15 minutes from 11:30pm-1:00am. If booking, I would request a room away from the main street bar as it was very loud even with windows closed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again, knowing now to request a room further away from the bar.

Hot tub not working

The location of this hotel is great. The bed was comfortable. The room was fairly modern. The hotel was not as clean as i remember from my last visit nor was it very well maintained for the price point left me feeling disappointing. The rooftop hot tubs need a revamp and only one was working.

Only issue was that we requested a noon checkout which we were told was fine. They neglected to inform housekeeping as they phoned us and also walked into the room prior to the noon checkout.

I loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of downtown, and how helpful the staff were.

Very clean and enough parking!

Great central location close to the hub for shuttles, rental equipment, shopping and restaurants. We used the ski storage and caught our Sunshine shuttle behind the hotel. Rented skis basically across the street. Brazen provided a nice meal and the staff were great hosts. The main street is hopping well into the evening so be prepared for a little noise. We used the hot tub, but the lounge was not open when we visited. Overall it was a good spot for an active vacation.

Dirty unvacuumed floors in the hallways and bedroom. Stayed two nights, no room freshening.

Environment was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Only complaint I would have is the hidden fees that come up with parking and room fees. Beside that it was great!
