O hotel demonstra claramente estar preparado para receber famílias, inclusive com um carinho especial na chegada, presenteando as crianças. Logo ao chegarmos, um pouco após o horário do almoço, pedimos uma sugestão para almoçar e a recepcionista não apenas indicou um restaurante próximo, como nos acompanhou até o local, que fica a uma quadra do hotel, e colocou nosso nome na lista de espera, já que havia fila. Esse tipo de atitude traduz, na prática, o que é um serviço de excelência. O café da manhã é excelente, servido em um restaurante muito bonito, com uma decoração clássica que cria um ambiente extremamente agradável. Os quartos são amplos, muito bem limpos e organizados, e a decoração segue o mesmo estilo clássico do hotel, tornando a estadia ainda mais confortável. Como ponto de melhoria, destaco apenas a cama de casal do quarto em que ficamos, que era um pouco mais firme do que o esperado. Já a cama de solteiro era mais macia e confortável. Ainda assim, esse detalhe não compromete a experiência, especialmente diante do nível de atendimento recebido desde o primeiro momento. lovely place to stay in Florence. Have been there twice. The staff is extremely helpful and cordial, breakfast is just right and in s delightful setting. Love the location. We were there in late October and there was no air-conditioning – I think that his country wide at that time of year. Not the best when it's warm and the mosquitoes are still around. But, that's not their fault!

Erinomainen palvelu; ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, koimme olomme todella tervetulleiksi. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja ruokailutila rauhallinen. Hotelli oli kaunis ja sisutettu historiaa kunnioittaen. Kaikki toimi ja hotelli toimi erinomaisena tukikohtana Firenzen lomalla.

Stay was fantastic in Florence. The location is perfect, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They think about any detail and will make you feel happy and comfortable all the time. Good people, big hearts. Also, the hotel was incredible!

The property was beautiful in an old Florence style. The outdoor patio was an unexpected delight and breakfast was fabulous. Bathroom ameneties were lacking. No washcloths, no shampoo and no tissues.

Arrived later than expected but still had time for a little shopping and delicious meal in the area.

The perfect area to get to see tourist attractions, dining options, to and from the train station. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable with great advice. Breakfast on the patio there was also fantastic. Will definitely stay here again

The room had character and we enjoyed earring breakfast on the outdoor patio. It was a short walk to the train station and an easy walk to the Duomo

A comfortable option for a family of 4. Very helpful staff. The hotel is a bit dated but still comfortable and very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Veldig bra! Veldig vennlig og serviceinnstilt personale. To madrasser i dobbeltsengen skapte en glippe, men det er eneste som trekker ned på komfort.

The staff at the hotel where great and very professional and made our stay that much more enjoyable. This charming hotel is in great location, 15 mins for airport and 1 block away from main train station in Florance. The breakfast was excellence and I continue to rave about the service and accommodations they provided me and my family.

The staff could not have been nice or more helpful-they emailed suggestions for things to do in Florence, as well as Venice (our next destination). The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. My only complaint was the small size of the rooms and street noise at night, neither of which are able to be modified.
