Veldig bra! Veldig vennlig og serviceinnstilt personale. To madrasser i dobbeltsengen skapte en glippe, men det er eneste som trekker ned på komfort.

The staff at the hotel where great and very professional and made our stay that much more enjoyable. This charming hotel is in great location, 15 mins for airport and 1 block away from main train station in Florance. The breakfast was excellence and I continue to rave about the service and accommodations they provided me and my family.

The staff could not have been nice or more helpful-they emailed suggestions for things to do in Florence, as well as Venice (our next destination). The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. My only complaint was the small size of the rooms and street noise at night, neither of which are able to be modified.

The hotel had bed bugs and we were bitten all over.

Great location to the train station, as well as local attractions. The staff were outstanding with offering assistance to buying advance tickets to attractions, finding a tour guide (Paola) and restaurant reservations. Very highly recommended. Caio from 🇨🇦

What an amazing room. 2 bedrooms with 1 King Size bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in another room. 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and 1 toilet.

Beautiful hotel located very close to both the train station and Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Rooms were spacious nice. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room did not seem to have air conditioning so we slept with the window open with noise from street and mosquitos. In hindsight, should have asked the staff for a solution that did not involve the window.

Kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, tolle und herzliche Mitarbeitende. Nur die Matratze in dem Einzelzimmer war extrem weich und unbequem. Alles andere war perfekt. Werde gerne wiederkommen.

We loved the room’s tasteful and unique decor, which added to its charm. It was also spotlessly clean. We appreciated the complimentary condiments, refreshments, and beverages. However, we did miss having a microwave, as it would have been helpful with little kids. The location was highly walkable—we arrived by train, and it took us just eight minutes on foot. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend it.

Beautifully decorated historic building which once served as a palace. Our triple room was spacious, with two shower rooms and high ceilings. The breakfast selection was the best we had during our Italy trip. Staff were very friendly. Location was perfect - easy to walk to the main train station and also all the attractions are just within walking distance. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Also the oldest pharmacy in the world is one minute walk away. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone wanting to get a true feel of Florence.

Wunderschöne geräumige Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt und der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls rasch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Etagen sind verwinkelt, weil es sich um ein historisches Palazzo handelt, deshalb sollten Gäste mit Gehbeeinträchtigung nach einem Zimmer fragen, das ohne Stufen erreichbar ist. Kaffe, Tee und Wasserkocher, und auch Trinkwasser sind im Zimmer vorhanden. Preis-/Leistung ist top!

Piccolo hotel a un passo da Piazza Santa Maria Novella e a due passi dal Ponte Vecchio. Camere pulite con bollitore e biscottini, presa anti zanzare, letto comodissomo come anche il divano. La colazione è meravigliosa perchè si può fare nella veranda esterna, chiusa e riscaldata, immersi nel verde. Sicuramente ci tonerò.
