The worst our shuttle was no where

Very nice hotel

Aside from one of the front desk ladies, who was a bit terse, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also good, and the kids had fun in the pool. My only gripe was the US$37 charge for a 15-minute airport shuttle.

The breakfast buffet was so delicious! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool area was clean and beautiful.

Unfriendly staff, room charges not permitted for restaurants or lobby purchases. Arrived at 3pm for check in, did not have a room till 5:30pm. Had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast next morning at the café: waited more than an hour and a half for food on all three occasions. For dinner: ordered one cheese pizza, took almost 2 hours and showed up raw in the middle. They brought it back 40min later, still raw in the middle having just been broiled on top. Two towels provided in room for 2 adults, 2 kids, and no towels available at pool area for swimming. Be careful, they have a house next door that they either claim you you booked instead of your standard room, or try to convince you to move to as an “upgrade” (our party had two rooms and experience both scenarios). Don’t be fooled, this is not on the property and not available through Expedia. It seems to be a side hustle. We were treated as an unwelcome nuisance throughout our two day, one night stay. Not impressed at all

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the location was not great. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and loud. Our room was located almost on the road and the “window” we had looked out to a hallway. It was challenging to get any sleep. The food at the restaurant was okay.

Did not use the spa

I booked this hotel at the last minute because it was close to the airport for my early morning flight. I honestly wasn’t expecting much but was extremely impressed upon arrival. The hotel is large with lots of amenities, most which I didn’t have time to explore. They have a great bar/restaurant with an open air, tropical theme right next to the pool. They were expanding the deck area next to the pool, which will be lovely when finished. The rooms were modern, clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The spa area looked lovely but I didn’t get to use it. As I left the next morning, I passed the breakfast buffet. If I’d know it was so large with so many good food choices, I would have gotten up earlier to enjoy it. I’d definitely recommend d this hotel and will stay here again when I visit Belize.

This was our last stop before the airport in the morning. The location was ideal for that. Dinner was fine but it took a very, very long time, even long in Belize time. The pictures of the pool online look nice but it was full of screaming kids, which is what it is, but just an FYI it was very busy by the pool. The AC really struggled and we had no hot water. We had been traveling for a month so I was a little used to lack of hot water at times by now. Yes, the shuttle was a little pricey but was happy to have it and they also picked us up at the water taxi. Overall I'd recommend and stay based on location and services.

The new elevator to the 2nd floor was convenient. The staff, rooms and meals were all great.

Yes, the fried fish dinner was great. The curry fish could be more spicy. The buffet had tasty fruits, yogurt, granola and freshly cooked eggs and waffles.

Friendly and patient staff. Food was excellent as always with a huge and delicious breakfast selection. beautiful room with the most comfortable beds ever. This is my go to hotel every time 'm not staying with family.

We had the best time a barefoot beach! The staff were friendly and helpful. The little cabana we stayed in was so clean a d very cite! The beachfront area was great with lots of seating, a bonfire every evening and Larry running the beach bar all afternoon & evening - he was amazing! Would definitely come back!
