The lift could not work all night as we need to follow the staircase up and down all night

Plenty of parking spaces. Foyer is very nice and welcoming. Room is spacious. It has air con which is not as efficient as I’d hoped but the room wasn’t hot, although we were there during a heat wave. Hotel is clean. Easy check in/out. Remember to put your number plate onto tablet when you check in.

The staff were brilliant, the room spacious and we reall enjoyed our stay. Very convenient for Millennium centre and Cardiff centre. Unfortunately our dinners in the restaurant were tasteless. It was warm and there is no fridge in the room . I must have for 4 star hotel.. A couple of improvements a great hotel.

We had to go to the front desk two times before our room door would open. That took an extra 30 minutes and lots of walking back and forth, as they did not seem to believe us that the card key was not working at first. Finally we got in the room. The room was pretty nice, but no refrigerator. For the price we paid, I thought that would be included, so was disappointed. ALSO - we had booked this hotel due to the laundry room being available as we were on a long trip. We were NOT able to use the laundry facilities because we did not have CASH. The front desk sent me on a mile walk to the nearest ATM - which would be fine if had been functional. There were cobwebs and the lights were out so it clearly was not working. I walked back and asked the front desk staff if they would please charge my room credit card for the cost of the laundry - and they refused. We left the next morning with a suitcase full of dirty laundry and were very disappointed in the dear price we paid to stay there.

Only one lift is working. The ice vending machine is nowhere to be found

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my daughter. Aside from the smooth late check-in past midnight, our experience was extremely disappointing, and the property fell far short of acceptable hospitality standards. The hotel is severely outdated, both in style and in the condition of its furnishings. The carpet in our room was worn and noticeably unclean. In the bathroom, basic toiletries were almost non-existent only soap was provided, with no toothbrush or mini toothpaste available. Worse still, there was a persistent smell of urine in the bathroom, raising serious concerns regarding hygiene and thorough cleaning protocols. The in-room amenities were equally frustrating. Despite having a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, basic necessities like bath towels were missing. The room only had two face towels, accompanied by a note instructing guests to call reception for bath towels or robes. However, reception never answered any of our calls. The cleanliness issues extend beyond the guest rooms. The seating in the main reception area was heavily stained and visibly dirty. The only reason we completed our two-night stay was that the booking was non-refundable and paid for in advance; otherwise, we would have left immediately. Given the poor state of maintenance, lack of responsiveness, and unhygienic conditions, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise travelers to look elsewhere.

Lovely big clean room just dated and needs modernising.

Stayed for one night for my sons graduation at the millennium centre, very nice ,spacious room , welcoming staff,restaurant is nice food was lovely had meal in the evening. Could park until 2pm on day of check out which was handy and a nice touch so I could go to the graduation for 8.30 am in the morning and return for my car after ceremony and lunch , thank again nice stay.

Other than the bed being slightly harder than used to it was a very good experience, staff were great and breakfast was good, thank you

Good sized modern room with convenient parking, Our TV was broken and there were lighting issues.

Stayed at the Future Inn in Cardiff a few times great location, lovely breakfast, attentive staff and free parking is an amazing addition We will always choose to stay here when we are in Cardiff.

Overall a very nice stay for the family.

Clean , air con and easy to walk from there to water front. Didn't like lift broke while we were there but hey it was fixed in a short while.

We got a suite with a king bed and a sofabed in a connecting room. Both rooms were clean. AC operational, a must during a heatwave. The one down side was only q out of the two elevators were working.

Well located, staff friendly. Has 2 lifts, one was permanently out of order. The other kept breaking down.. which lead to anxiety as was on the fourth floor

Stayed for the 1 night as a needed to get away from stress and work. Check in was quick and easy, staff explained services like parking, restaurant and access to room very well. Lift was out of order which for someone who works in hospitality, can relate to how frustrating that can be. Room was big and spacious, handy with an 8 year old with a lot of energy, Restaurant was nice, good selection of food, and for price too, only criticism would be was warm, due to lack of air conditioning, which again might be technical fault, which can't fault the staff or food quality. Checking out was straight forward too so was a very good night away.
