Breakfast was nice, nothing special. Choices of bread Cereal and a few pastries, cold meats and cheese. The hotel spa was clean, and not too busy with about 7 loungers and a few chairs. The spa isn’t quite as glamorous as the pictures suggest. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful especially the staff on breakfast All in all a very pleasant stay and would stay again

Nice hotel close to the town centre and arena

The hotel was a really good we were pleased with our choice particularly with other high ranking hotels in the mix! The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful and the package we got made our stay extra special for our first wedding anniversary! The bar was nice and relaxed and a great range of drinks! We stayed breakfast but chose to have breakfast just one of the mornings initially so we could experience a breakfast in the centre of Cardiff. The breakfast was average and although we ordered our coffees none arrived - this was probably due to how busy it was. The breakfast we had the following day in Cardiff, although slightly more expensive, was delicious, fresh and promptly given. The location of the hotel was excellent! The pillows could be slightly more firm and it was noisy at times in the night due to other guests. Other than these minor things, we had a great time! Thank you 😊

Nice hotel but a bit pricey for what you get. Very loud in the rooms, could hear next rooms tv at 7am and lots of banging throughout the night. Also music from the nightclub opposite until very early hours

Central location, close to the high street. Pool and sauna are nice. Only wet sauna but fine for us. Clean room, quiet, staff were nice, we even got a complementary wine bottle for not having room service. Parking is expensive in the whole area (even with hotel discount), most of the hotels don't have own parking.We booked a much cheaper parking outside city center for two days and took an uber to the hotel. We had a nice experience and would return.

They got another room for us because it was disturbing one night and we got breakfast for free that morning and the got another room for us with netflix

I had an absolutely dreadful night’s sleep here and would not stay again. The hotel is in a city centre location in Cardiff, so some level of noise on a Saturday night is to be expected, people outside shouting, drunk, the usual. However, the windows did nothing to block out the noise. It genuinely felt like they weren’t there at all, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel in such a busy area. It didn’t stop there. Every time someone in the corridor closed their door, it slammed with a loud bang that actually shook the walls. It was constant and impossible to ignore. Just as I finally managed to fall asleep, I was woken up at around 2am by a couple in the next room having a loud, drunken argument. I called reception, but nothing was done, no intervention, no attempt to quieten them down, not even a knock on their door. Completely useless response. The walls are clearly paper thin, because we could hear everything. The same couple then woke us again at around 8am, continuing their argument which had apparently been going on since 4am. If you value sleep at all, avoid this place.

Enjoyed a two night stay at Park Plaza. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. The gym and pool were great. Decent bar area with friendly bar staff. Recommended
