Lovley stay would defo recommend and stay again

Lovely room, nice and quiet! Food in restaurant was outstanding! We will definitely return!

The room was small but cosy. It would be helpful to have a mini fridge. My stay was good

Hotel rooms bar lovely Leisure club terrible hot tub out of order but generally dirty and so many areas of plaster falling off wall so in need of refurb Which is such a shame been here lots but will not return wish id took photos as you could see what i saw

The room was comfortable and all in the room was good. What was I disappointed about was the general state of the hotel. The corridors could do with an update and the outside too. The food at the restaurant was not good.

Great place to stay and breakfast was great (apart from the hash browns). The spa was a little small and the changing rooms desperately need updating. Dinner was good though the service was very slow. I would stay there again.

we extended the stay for 2 hours but we got locked out for 15 min.

Really impressed with the comfort of the room and the quality of the gym for such a reasonable price.

Decent Hotel in good location for WBA and to getting to Edgbaston via taxi. Friendly staff. There is a car parking charge

There were vans broken into in the car park

The hotel is very well situated and it was easy to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful ...... with one exception. I found Kaspers in the bar to be quite surly and rude.

Overal our stay was ok, the bed was comfy but the room size was very small which made things feel like your on top of each other when moving around the room.

Awful I'm afraid. The staff even agreed, changing my room twice. Third was no better, but by that point i'd just accepted my fate. Filthy, various things not working, uncomortable, cold. I felt like i could changed room 20 times and it wouldn't have changed anything. Choose Travelodge over this.
