Great stay. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The renovations were ongoing. Plastic covered sofa in room. Boxes in reception area. Slow running drainage in shower.

Our stay was nice, bed was very comfortable. Very annoyed by the kids playing hockey in the hallway, but otherwise the was a good stay. Staff was super friendly at check in and check out

The staff has been wonderful. The entire hotel is pretty clean and very up to date. Rooms were spacious and well maintained

Staff are always professional, courteous and helpful.

The signage for this building is difficult to see.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. They have some renovations going on right now and the manager gave us breakfast for the inconvenience. The room was amazing! When the construction is done it will be beautiful I’m sure. We will be passing through is a few days and have already booked a room there.

It was convenient to get in and out of.

Lived in Hamilton for 33yrs and never stayed in a hotel here but this was fantastic! Flying out of Hamilton airport and it will be a breeze to get there from here!

It would be good if the property includes free breakfast, at least continental.

Property is currently under renovations but access is easy and all amenities are available and in great condition. Room was recently renovated, very clean and comfortable.

We did enjoy our stay. I suggest that you add small microwave ovens to the service / ice machine areas at the elevators. A continental breakfast should be included in the price I paid for the room. Your restaurant is far, far too expensive.

Was not impressed the pool closed in the middle of our stay.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was okay - I would probably recommend going off site. The food came out within 5 min of us ordering - which makes us assume it was prepped and heated up. The hotel is under serious renovations, so keep that in mind. There is no soundproofing, so you will hear everyone in the hallway throughout the night.

Under construction! Plastic everywhere! Lossy full of kids playing hockey. Problem with TV. No breakfast that we prepaid for. Plug in sink jammed and maintenance could not fix. Room keys were not keyed correctly.

The room was nice and clean but the toilet wasn't working properly. Staff was very friendly.

Comvenient, rooms are clean and well taken care of. Check in was seamlessly
