Lovely experience overall. Enjoyed the sky bar

Nice sauna, steam room and pool. Room was okay but bed was hard and bathroom configuration made it hard to use toilet. No plug for hairdryer in the bathroom. Restaurant was closed on rooftop, bar was open with minimum menu and was very expensive. Lack of ambience in bar on top floor

Lovely hotel in a great location!

Have visited this hotel several times. Definitely not 5-star hotel anymore which it formerly was. During check-in receptionist claimed that spa is not included to our reservation which is not true according Hotels.com hotel page. After this show receptionist asked additional payment for early check-in (we were there about 70mins before actual and room was ready). Tried to force me to join some non-sense ad mailing list to avoid this payment. Breakfast is high-class but level of service is very poor. For example some tables got coffee served some not etc. In the room you are able to see through toilets door which still makes no sense to me. Some renovation is needed in rooms Will try another hotel next time kkekee

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent. Spa is worth the money.

Massima cortesia e disponibilità alla reception, stanza molto spaziosa, luminosissima e pulita. Bagno molto grande e pulito, armadi spaziosi. Colazione eccellente. Peccato che durante il ns. soggiorno la spa non fosse agibile ma ci hanno dato un voucher per utilizzare la spa di un hotel nelle vicinanze.
