Great place to stay and swim at a nice beach. Property needs lots of maintenance. Service is okay.

Muy grata experiencia, las habitaciones cómodas con excelente AC, el personal muy amable desde la llegada, la playa increíble, el wifi sin problemas, y la comida en el restaurant BeLoft bastante aceptable y resulta ser buena opción sin salir del complejo. Regresaré a Loreto en octubre y volveré a considerarlos para hospedarme.

Mucha tranquilidad, la cual nos gusto muchoa mi familia.

Awesome place to stay, property is older but they keep it very clean, staff is super friendly. Thumbs up to Carlos at Lobby, bar/restaurant staff Gibram, Orlando, Guillermo, Jorge Luis and aka "Chino". Loreto Bay is affordable and a great place to stay.

El personal una lindura! Javier el que nos ayudó con el equipaje fue muy paciente porque íbamos en moto y nos tardamos en bajar nuestras cosas, Guillermo y Edgar del restaurante nos hicieron el viaje con su atención. La comida deliciosa!!!! Desayuno, comida y cena!! Una felicitación a los chefs, estuvimos 3 días entonces tuvimos chance de probar varias cosas que todo nos gustó mucho! Las bebidas tan bien super ricas, pidan mezcalina de Mango una joya! Las vistas del hotel maravillosas solo que ahora en el mar nos tocó mucha agua mala que no nos dejó disfrutarlo como hubiéramos querido pero si alberca está riquísima! Lleven mucho repelente o las pulseras, al menos en esta época muchísimos moscos que con todo y repelente nos picaron. Ahora después de lo bueno vienen comentarios constructivos. Hace 9 años conocimos para un año nuevo y era un hotelazo, está vez nos tocó medio descuidado. Por favor!!!! quiten los tapetes que ponen al lado de las camas que están muy peligrosos, se resbalan y además no se ven bonitos. La televisión tiene 5 canales, habrá gente que no le guste la TV, pero a los que si nos gusta, nos gustaría que tuvieran Google Chrome, modernizan sus teles con Netflix, YouTube y cada quien entra con su cuenta y a ustedes ese servicio les daría un plus y no les costaría solo la inversión inicial! En general le ponemos un 8 por estos dos detalles! Queremos volver y estaría padre tener la misma experiencia de la primera vez que los conocimos.

The absolute worst resort I have ever been to so far. The resort is in disarray. The landscaping is horrendous, the staff is lazy . The Service was exceptionally slow. Their only bright spot is their food. That was really good once you got it. It is obvious, they are in financial trouble. Short staffed in the maintenance area. Myself and a friend had to net the pool throughout the day. The flowers from the unkept trees and wasps were quite bothersome. Let’s put it this way… if they offered me a free week because of this survey, I wouldn’t take it!

El servicio es terrible, el hotel se ve que en mucho tiempo no le han dado mantenimiento

This is such a beautiful property if it was only maintained… it was probably gorgeous in the 70s but the pools are dirty the rooms most likely haven’t been updated since the 70s… lots of bugs, mold, leaks. The price point reflects that it’s a 2 star place. If all you need is a place to crash it works & the beach is beautiful. The golf course is not affiliated with the hotel at all & is also super neglected. It’s sad to see such potential wasted

We like coming to Loreto Bay Resort. So relaxing and swimming the bay is so enjoyable
