El hotel está un poco viejo, pero mi habitación tenía vista al mar 10/10, Lo malo es su restaurante cierra a las 12 del medio día , y ya después no hay nada que pedir de comer .

The person who took care of our room was very very professional. The personal at the breakfast area was able to accommodate every aspect that we ask I can only say only one bad thing about this hotel was the front desk needs more attention since they have a lack of personal, especially when you right other than that, it was a comfortable hotel

Don’t stay here. Bed was covered in hair, rude staff, and no one helped remedy issues.

The property is beautiful. Most of the staff is very good but they don’t have enough personale at certain times. The beach and sorroundings are very good. I’ll recomend the stay

En general bien! solo me hospedé una noche, por lo que no tuve oportunidad de evaluar todas las instalaciones y servicios.

El servicio del personal fue pésimo desde el de recepción hasta en restaurantes y área de alberca. En cuanto a limpieza, la alberca muy sucia, el baño de la habitación sucio también.

Bonito lugar, playa muy tranquila

La ubicación es espectacular en la bahía de Loreto, pero además tiene una Playa y unas vistas muy hermosas

I love Loreto... It was a very relaxing week for me and I look forward to coming back. Carlos, the assistant manager and Alejandro the bartender were very helpful and went out of the way to accommodate me. Thank you!

Lovely Beach

Had a problem with front desk and bar area had terrible service. Rooms were nice and modern. Great beach lots of birds. Lol

The property needs more staff. We had a group of around 40 and they could not keep up with us at the pool bar. The rooms are were cleaned poorly. Without throwing the Hotel under the bus, there was some stuff found in one of the rooms as if no one had entered the room in years. Some sheets were dirty as well. The area is nice and quiet. Local restaurants at walking distance. Nice golf course.

Restaurant and Swimming Pool Bar food not that good. Personal employees need to be more hospitality and show that they love what they do. Food was serve late and not completed.

It was beautiful I will return
