Muy mal servicio. Pedi toallas para la alberca y no habia, todavia no estaban limpias las que se habian usado un dia anterior, osea no hay suficientes. El desayuno incluido con solo 3 opciones de huevo y la fruta estaba pasada. En la regadera solo salia agua caliente, el aire acondicionado sonaba muy fuerte, muy mal mantenimiento.
La actitud de la señorita de recepcion muy mala, de malos modos.
Lastima, porque el lugar es espectacular, tanto el hotel como Loreto, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear.

Pros:Resort has nice views and access to the Bay and the Sea and friendly staff.
Cons:Resort needs attention with repairs on exterior doors, electrical outlets, faucets, paint chipping, worn out towels with threads shredded etc.
Daily underserved for towels at the Pool or Spa.
One of the two pools was unkept and not being used because of its condition and forces children and everyone into one pool only with children at the swim up alcohol bar.
Sadly, a pretty place at one time, but not kept up well, not well appointed or updated currently.Not a Resort atmosphere.

They do not do a good briefing on arrival. There are bikes, kayaks and paddle boards for free use by guests. They didn’t say anything. There are two restaurants, different hours. They DESPERATELY need an information sheet; in English if not both languages. Good location and sleeps but would have paddled and biked!

The person who took care of our room was very very professional.

El servicio del personal fue pésimo desde el de recepción hasta en restaurantes y área de alberca. En cuanto a limpieza, la alberca muy sucia, el baño de la habitación sucio también.
