This hotel has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it is not properly managed. I do want to note that the restaurant staff were great, they recommended an excellent mezcal that we truly enjoyed. However, overall the hotel was dirty, run-down, and understaffed. I would not book here again.

The room was clean and nicer than I was expecting from the pictures I saw when booking! Wonderful view and snorkeling was great right off the beach in front.

We stayed four nights at the property. First were assigned room number 130, the room had rodent (rat) droppings, runny toilet. We asked to talk to the manager, they gave us her name.”Claudia” but she refused to talk to us. They changed our room to room number 107, the room had musty smell, after a couple of hours, we realized bubbling on the ceiling of the room and the water was dripping on us. There was a leak on the second floor that was affecting our room. So we asked them to change our room again, so finally they gave us a room on the second floor, which was acceptable. In our four days stay, we had to change our room three times. I don’t suggest anyone stay in this property. It has many maintenance problems. Location, wise, it is excellent.

Excellent place to stay & relax. You can view while relaxing the beautiful bay of Loreto. We sure are coming back to this specific hotel you need nothing else in there. Recommended 100%

Nice place needs an update and shower drains slow

Staff is not provided with supplies like enough toilet paper good towels. I could actually see through my pool towels. Also not enough staff. Always short handed. Pool restaurant and staff where great.

Unacceptable Staff Interactions and Threats The issues began immediately upon arrival with the bellman/baggage porter. While initially jovial, his demeanor quickly changed. Without any prior warning or cause, he aggressively stated that our family would "go to jail if we were loud after 10 PM," a completely unprompted and threatening comment. His attempt to instruct us to use a mini-fridge was confusing, as we already had one in our room. The final interaction with him was highly unprofessional: he became visibly upset and threw the tip back at myself and our two family members. We actively avoided this individual for the remainder of our stay due to this rude and unsettling encounter. Critical Housekeeping and Supply Deficiencies The standards for room upkeep and supplies were shockingly low, creating persistent discomfort throughout the week: Towels: The bath towels provided were in horrible condition, featuring visible holes and being so thin you could see through them. We were never provided with hand washcloths or hand towels. When we requested just one extra bath towel, the housekeeper had to make three separate phone calls to receive permission, illustrating poor process control. Toiletries: Despite repeated requests (twice), we received hair conditioner but never received shampoo. We also had to specifically ask for a bar of soap, which should be a standard provision. Cleaning: The room was notably dirty upon arrival, and the floor was never cleaned during our stay.
