Schönes Resort, tolle Anlage, gute Ausstattung des Appartements!

The resort has an amazing look, particularly the outdoor areas, but the lack of maintenance is concerning. Staff were really friendly and always at hand. The outdoor pool was clean and the water was kept in proper condition, but the bridges were closed as they are falling apart. The room looked amazing, but again lack of maintenance was a negative factor. One toilet leaking water, one bathroom smelling like sewer and the bedroom walls hid a lot of damage behind the wallpaper. This could be seen in other areas of the hotel - Turkish bath out of order, hydrotub broken. Sauna, indoor pool and gym were all fine.

Large resort with 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom houses ideal for families or friends sharing. The houses have gardens that share a pool. We have been here three times now over the last 6 years and eve though it’s always enjoyable, maintenance of properties and grounds could be better. Lots of things broken in the house, housekeeping skipped one day and didn’t clean the floors the second day, playground and woodwork everywhere could do with paint. If we were to pay high season prices we could have complained Claudia at the kids club is great

Poolen var god, morgenmaden ok

Gorgeous setting. Close to town but far enough away to be serene. Super apartment style, amazing grounds and amenities. Better than a hotel for sure.

Excellent accommodation that exceeded our expectations but unfortunately the main idea of our stay was to enjoy the wellness facilities which were closed and we should have been informed prior to arrival. Being in February and the weather not being warm enough to enjoy the outdoor pool ( or beaches ) we definitely were looking forward to enjoying sauna and jacuzzi as well as indoor pool . We would have chosen another resort should we have known.

Room was spotless

2 bedroom villa was spacious. Cannot comment on pools or grounds as we visited off season. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Kitcen not very well supplied for cooking meals , but we managed. The glass wall in one of the showers was not connected in any way to the tub, so the bathroom ended up totally flooded; housekeeping did not replace the towels we soaked from mopping it up.

Fabulous 5* resort. Sadly the indoor pool was closed. We received an appropriate gesture.

Alles war hervorragend

This is an excellent complex which we have stayed at many times. All rooms are large with a separate Kitchen/lounge as well as large bedrooms.

L’endroit est bien… c’est dommage que la piscine, le sauna, hammam ainsi que le jacuzzi sont mal entretenus…

Staff lovely , so helpful ! Room great very walkable to pool , lounge. Only thing is that nothing really walkable outside of resort, needed to drive to get to town etc.But would still stay here again!

Stunning venue.

Das Personal war super nett, insbesondere zu unserer Tochter; insgesamt ein sehr schönes, sauberes Ressort! Ideal für Reisen mit Kinder. Auch der Pool und Spa ist toll. Nicht gefallen haben uns Kleinigkeiten, das Essen im Restaurant ist recht teuer; der Pool war etwas kühl und in unserem Apartment war die Küche nicht so gut ausgestattet.

The location is perfect, but for a five star resort unfortunately it falls short especially in the properties. We stayed in a two bedroom Town House which on arrival looked fantastic, but soon noticed the poor condition internally. The living room had several loose floor tiles large chunks of plaster missing from walls and the skirting boards in an awful condition. The handrails for the stairs was a worry though they had definitely been coming away from the wall at some point and silicon had been used to try and hold the rail in place which wasn't working and clearly this is something they should address for safety purposes. Jacuzzi in each bathroom didn't work shower fixings broken or missing in each bathroom. Main bedroom balcony patio door lock was broken and the outside light didn't work.
