El estilo del hotel es antiguo pero bonito, pero si se empieza a ver que ya tiene algunos años, a pesar de ello las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas se nota q le dan muy buen mantenimiento, la comida es buena aunq creo que falta más variedad. La ubicación es muy buena ya que la calle principal e incluso para subir al tepozteco está a unos cuantos metros por lo que no tienes que usar el auto, en general si lo recomendaría

Absolutely stunning location, peaceful, well-maintained property. The included breakfast was a nice surprise, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The only thing I'd improve is the quality of the drinks at the bar; for the price, they were not very strong, and the portions were not sufficient.

La vista desde este hotel merece la pena verse. El baño de la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a cañería que demeritó mucho la estancia

Hermoso hotel y atención de primwra

Desde las 7 am las camaristas se gritaban de una habitación a otra para darse indicaciones, hacían mucho ruido, lo que impedía seguir durmiendo, la ubicación es buena, el personal de recepción muy amable.

The swimming pool was not as clean as expected. In the room, the hot water took so long to get out.

Heel mooi hotel en super lekker eten / ontbijt. Kamers zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe. Ook een minibar in de kamer zou een meerwaarde zijn.

Very nice facilities overall, good location, great view, quiet during the day, good sweat lodge experience and common areas are very well kept, and some staff is very nice. The main drawbacks is the wifi not functioning, a lot of noise during the night, very warm rooms (no A/C) and the rooms being very old and in a need for an upgrade.

El personal súper amable, las habitaciones muy limpias en general todo bien. Lo que podrían mejorar es el servicio en el restaurante son muy lentos hasta para un vaso con agua tardaron más de 30 minutos

Nos encanta hospedarnos en este lugar por su ubicación privilegiada, el trato amable del personal, la vista del lugar y los jardines, el espacio de la biblioteca, la oferta de masajes y, especialmente, la comida y el desayuno. Es un espacio ideal para descansar pero también para disfrutar.
