We only spent one day here, but I wish it were longer. To me, the photos don't do the hotel justice. It was beautiful with different areas to relax and take in the mountainous landscape. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere. They were also accommodating for my kids. The hotel was also a quick walk to downtown.

Las instalaciones del hotel 10 de 10, mejor que en las fotos. Hay varios lugares donde puedes estar y relajarte. Lo único fue que el día que llegamos y cenamos en el restaurante tardaron como 50 minutos en servirno la comida y no había tanta gente. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien!

Our favourite hotel/stay during our trip to multiple cities in Mexico. Staff are very attentive and welcoming and professional. They even helped us arrange for private transport for a large party back to CDMX after our existing driver cancelled last minute.
Room and facilities are beautifully maintained. The hotel and surrounding compound are a great reflection of the local culture, architecture, and artworks. Plenty of outdoor seating options to lounge and relax and enjoy the view. This is probably the best view of the surrounding mountains of any institution in the city as we know of. They are also actively building more of their outdoor areas and terraces so this hotel’s compound will only look better in the months and years to come. Location is walking distance to the main streets with plenty of excellent dining options.
The free breakfast is appreciated and full of options.
The only critique is that the shower in our room did not consistently have hot water, although it did have at least warm water usually.
Would definitely stay here if we visit Tepoztlan again. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

En general, es un hotel muy bueno. Me gustó todo y no tengo ninguna queja. La ubicación es excelente y la atención del personal es buena. Los alimentos son de calidad. La habitación es cómoda y limpia. Además, el hotel es muy bonito, por lo que es una excelente opción tanto si decides quedarte en sus instalaciones como si sales a explorar el pueblo.

I am so happy that we chose this location out of all that we looked at. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!! So unique! Every corner you turn there is something more beautiful. The upkeep on the property is amazing. The staff is amazing. The rooms are amazing. The restaurant is fantastic. I came here from Ohio to go to a wedding and I truly wish that I had a reason to come back because I have 2 other rooms that I would love to try out! I was truly happy with everything about my visit.

A colonial architecture with impressive views of the Tepozteco, and beautiful gardens, the hotel has in its gardens a Buddhist Stupa donated by Dalai Lama, a perfect spot for meditation and reflection

El lugar es muy bonito y muy bien cuidado, lo único que observo es que siguen utilizando bolsitas de plástico para envolver cada vaso en la habitación, incluso los vasos desechables para café los meten en bolsitas, lo cual contradice el ideal de cuidado del ambiente que el mismo hotel ostenta. En lugar de utilizar las bolsas podrían poner sobre los vasos un portavasos de cartón reciclable, como lo hacen en otros hoteles, o bien, solo ponerlos boca abajo en la charola.

Nos despertaron temprano con taladro y martillazos, fue muy incómodo. La cocina muy mala y un mesero en particular fue sumamente grosero y descortés (un hombre mayor). Hay muchas áreas que pueden mejorar.

tienen un pésimo servicio, las habitaciones están bastante deterioradas (la puerta no cerraba, las cajas de seguridad son súper viejas, el baño no funcionaba bien) para lo que cuesta hay mucho mejores opciones en Tepoztlán, el lugar es bonito y la ubicación es buena, pero de verdad ahórrate la experiencia de quedarte en este hotel.

Beautiful lush Hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Would definitely go back. I wanted to make sure to get a good room so I called and the lady at the front desk sent me pictures of the actual room I was going to stay in. Very helpful.
