We absolutely loved staying here! If you are go to Antigua the Camino Real is a must!

Mejorar el aire acondicionado, no enfriaba lo suficiente, no permitía bajar la temperatura y en la noche se sentía mucho calor. Por lo demás excelente.

En general, nuestra estancia fue excelente. El hotel es muy bonito, las instalaciones están muy limpias y todo el personal fue muy amable. El único aspecto que no nos gustó fue el servicio durante el desayuno. Como no teníamos el desayuno incluido y normalmente no desayunamos lo suficiente como para aprovechar un buffet, preferíamos pedir alimentos a la carta. Sin embargo, el personal que nos atendía daba la impresión de que les molestaba que eligiéramos esa opción en lugar del buffet, lo que nos hizo sentir incómodos. El primer mesero que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos ofreció la carta sin ningún problema. Sin embargo, al día siguiente nos dijeron que únicamente había servicio de buffet. Les comenté que el día anterior nos habían permitido ordenar a la carta y, aunque finalmente nos la proporcionaron, fue de mala gana. Los siguientes días la atención durante el desayuno continuó siendo poco amable, por lo que el último día preferimos pedir room service para evitar una situación incómoda. Por otro lado, todos los días comimos y cenamos en el hotel, y la comida nos encantó. La calidad de los alimentos fue excelente y, tanto en la comida como en la cena, el servicio y la atención del personal fueron muy buenos. Fuera de ese detalle en el desayuno, todo estuvo muy bien. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y definitivamente regresaríamos al hotel.

This property is excellent! Well maintained, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the food at the restaurant is superb.

Camino Real is a very clean, nice hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We loved it! Loved it! We would definitely stay there again! It was closed to the areas we wanted to visit in Antigua which made it better for us to walk everywhere. Would highly recommended it. Their breakfast buffet we tried on Saturday was very good!

Best hotel in town! Beautiful location, staff helpful and highly professional, always ahead of guests needs. Rooms comfortable, clean and tasteful decor. Breakfast included with a large variety of food for all palates. Great location, walking distance to all landmarks, restaurants and convenient stores.

One night stay, we loved everything about the hotel especially the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in all ways

3rd time at the hotel love it every time just wish the hot tub was working missed that. Only disappointment was that because they said it would be fixed by June 21 but was not. But breakfast and staff fully attentive and friendly will be back multiple more times

Beauty’s but it doesn’t have a pool and jacuzzi was under construction:(

One of the better, if not best, hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was well kept and consistently house kept. The staff were extremely professional and helped at any chance they had. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating and polite. The property is absolutely beautiful and somehow the pictures on here don’t even do it justice. It is beautiful. When I come back to Antigua, I will absolutely book there again.
