Good clean rooms, excellent location in middle of downtown, market downstairs. Skip the breakfast and walk to a pasteleria nearby (there are plenty and cheaper), also skip the microwave pizza no matter how hungry you are!

The air conditioning did not work. It was hot in the room.

Hotel padrão Ibis. Boa cama e bom chuveiro. O supermercado Pingo Doce fica embaixo do hotel para quem quiser tomar cafe ou almocar, ou jantar.

La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, he ido a otros ibis y están más iluminados y cómodos. Pero relación precio-calidad buena

Nice and adequate breakfast buffet with pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, meat and way more. The room was clean and roomy. We booked for 2 twin beds but we received one of them as a child bed which was not only too thin for an adult but even for a child would have been dangerous with a side board covering over 1/3 of the bed over the head. So one of us had to sleep on the floor and that's not what we paid $200 per night for. Disappointed. They should have mentioned on their page the situation of the bed or called it child bed. Location was alright, a bit of walk to most areas to see.

Uma ótima estadia.

Chegamos no dia 28/05, dia do apagão geral na Europa. Quando vimos que os restaurantes da cidade estavam fechados e que não teríamos nada para comer e sem saber até quando a cidade ficaria sem luz, fomos à recepção pedir alguma refeição (já que o hotel tinha gerador e seria possível descongelarem algo) a colaboradora Patrícia se recusou a nos atender dizendo que estava de saída e o colega dela na recepção não teria como nos atender. Lamentável porque era apenas ligar um microondas… Tivemos que sair pela cidade até encontrar algum local que ainda tivesse um sanduíche ou fruta para nos vender, sendo que o hotel tinha plenas condições de nos atender. Só faltou boa vontade mesmo. Quanto a localização é ótima e o padrão Ibis, que não surpreende em nada. Café da manhã com boa variedade.

Superb location as walking distance to many sights, restaurants and transportation. Also, supermarket in lower floor. Staff very competent and helpful. Had to request change of room due to excessive humidity. Excellent breakfast with variety of food. Recommend the hotel.

Vivemos uma experiência ruim com o Ibis em Portugal, atendimento ruim, café da manhã mediano e quarto sem toalhas de banho, não volto

The parking was next door but confusing. Room was ok. AC did not work and when mentioned got a shrug at reception. Breakfast was very good with large variety. Staff did not interact when at breakfast which felt cold.

Hotel was in a good location right next to a large supermarket and lots of restaurants. No fridge which is not an issue but when asking for ice this was hard. Air conditioning was non existent. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Be careful booking a ‘mutliple bed’ room as the hotel consider this a family room but it was the same price as a twin bed room in hotel.com with no mention of it being a family room.
