Great hotel, seventh time here. It's in need of a little tlc, but overall very good. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, and local transport. Only one downside... the music around the pool is way to loud, and, as it's a continuous loop of Spanish Latin dance music, it gets annoying when it's on all day.

Very helpful staff, great on site entertainment every day & night, clean rooms. The gym has been massively improved and better variety of TV channels, glad to see they are investing in the hotel :)

The resort was very good overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. One disappointment was that no tea, coffee, milk, or complimentary water was provided in the room, apart from a single bottle of water at the start of my stay. This is the first time I've experienced this, as even many 2-star hotels usually provide these basic amenities. I had to buy my own tea, milk, and water throughout the stay, which was inconvenient. The rooms could also have been cleaner. For example, the bathroom mat was clearly dirty and was not replaced during my stay. On a positive note, most of the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional. Because of their service, I would still rate the resort 4 stars overall.

A well looked after hotel clean in a good location and very good staff

This hotel is not good useful for family because first day after sleeping at the night we was too many fly and worms in the room and bed and also go in side to our dressing my teenager daughter. And also toilet was so bad smell like Sewage .So my first day of our holiday broken and my daughter had stress and crying. And second day did my room chenge and our time holiday went to move room . So that my 2day gone

The staff and pool are absolutely fantastic with plenty to do. We didn't get take the opportunity to explore the 'Island of Stars' as the main pool wasn't uncomfortably busy and we were only on a reasonably short stay. Also cant comment on the food as we ate out each day with friends who live locally. Unfortunately the rooms (or at least the one I was in) are in a need of a bit of a refresh although this could be easily achieved. Our room could have done with being a little more spacious and it was a little bizarre how the middle door on the wardrobe was fixed shut (although we did choose a basic room). Was also a little odd how there was a door frame on the one wall which had just been blocked in with plasterboard, but the door architrave left in situ? No issues with hot water availability and the cleaners are constantly working away to keep the communal areas and rooms as clean as possible (With the exception of the communal shower... to be covered separately). On the final day it was our intention to use the downstairs communal shower as our airport shuttle wasn't until 5pm. We checked on the facilities early in the day and found them to have a foul sewage smell. At that time there were two people showering and one was literally heaving at the smell! Later in the afternoon we found raw sewage spewing from the toilets and all over the floor in the mens toilets in particular. Staff were aware and just said it would be cleaned tomorrow.

Parfait! Chambre propre, buffet exceptionnel, personnel toujours souriant et présent, piscine chauffée, espace pour les enfants au top. On a passé une très belle semaine.

Vi hadde havutsikt, utsikten var nydelig. Rommet var stort og sengene gode. Stor romslig terrasse. Maten var god. Personalet var hyggelige. Enkelte deler av hotellet var slitt. Luktet litt. Vi var der bare 2 dager, men det var ingen renhold de 2 dagene.

Wifi litt dårlig dekning. Rommet er litt slitt og trenger sårt en oppgradering, men det var rent Veldig bra bassengområde

Positivt: -pen utsikt -hyggelig betjening og ansatte Negativet: -Slitt Hotel og gammelt rom - dårlig vasket på badet ved innsjekk. Fant hår på badegulvet -lite utvalg på middags buffet

Nicely located at the top of Puerto Rico, close to the Europa center. Great view for the morning coffee, with the sunrise. Nice pool areas. Rooms need renovation

Svært Små senger og ikke plass til å ta opp kofferten utenom i sengen. Bør ikke si at parkering utenfor er gratis når det ikke var det. Krem på dessert var ikke krem, men noe kvalmt som ikke gikk an å spise. Svært god fisk til middag/lunsj. Fin utsikt og stort, fint basseng!

Oppgradert rom har en flott utsikt til havna i Puerto Rico. Rommet er bra med stor terrasse. Hyggelig betjening. Vi spiste kun frokost på hotellet og den var god. Hotellet er lite egnet for de som har vansker med å gå trapper for det er trapper over alt.

Det var ekstremt lytt mellom rommene. Våknet opp hver dag at naboen snakket
