My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any Expedia upgrades or VIP 'freebies'.

Initially, the hotel seemed like a pleasant choice for a family holiday. However, our experience took a turn for the worse on our last night. After returning from dinner, we discovered our room was infested with cockroaches. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and requested someone come to clean and spray the room for any further insect activity. Despite my efforts, no one showed up. I went back a second time to reiterate the need for urgent action, but we were left sitting outside until 1 AM with no resolution. Ultimately, we had no choice but to sleep in a room overrun with pests. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor service we experienced.

Mucha sobre carga de trabajo a las camareras de pisos,y eso se nota en la falta de limpieza en las habitaciones.

Alt i alt er vi fornøyd med mat og serverdigheter men det ødelegger opplevelsen ved bassenget når det skal spilles alt for høy musikk og når det snakkes i mikrofon.

Se nota que son muy antiguos y aunque están 'reformados', están bastante deteriorados.

En primer lugar ,me parece muy mal que no tengan aire acondicionado, aunque sea un ventilador de techo y qué tengamos que pagar un extra por uno portátil.En segundo lugar la ropa de cama no es acorde con esta estación calurosa.La parte buena de nuestra estancia es la amabilidad de los trabajadores con los huéspedes,y una gran atención.La comida estaba muy bien,con mucha variedad.

La animación es muy buena

He realizado la reserva meses antes de ir! He mandado un sms haciendo la petición de que no me pusieran una habitación lejos de la piscina por qué iba con dos personas mayores de movilidad reducida y problemas de corazón! Aún así nos han puesto en una habitación que había que subir una cuesta empinada y luego bajar unas escaleras por las cual se cayó mi madre el primer día! Nos dicen que es una habitación premium con aire acondicionado pero lo podían haber avisado antes del mediante sms por la app y se hubiera cogido algo al lado de la piscina! Nos dicen que nos van a cambiar al lado de la piscina y al día siguiente nos dicen que no que los que están alojados han pagado una noche más! En fin mi madre y mi tía se pegaban todo el día en la piscina esperando las comidas con tal de no tener ke subir la cuesta para llegar a la habitación es el 3 años que hemos venido aquí pero ya después de esto mi madre no quiere ir más! Me pareció muy mal gestionado por parte del hotel no avisar que esas habitaciones estaban tan lejos y sabiendo que especifique que iban dos personas mayores y que necesitaba cercanía nos pusieran allí!

Good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food provided was exceptional.

Me tocó un apartamento precioso con una terraza y unas vistas increíbles, el complejo estaba muy bien cuidado, y a destacar el gimnasio con un montón de máquinas.

The second time we have stayed at Riosol and the room this time was not as good as the first time there was a strong smell of fresh paint in the room along with stains on the bed frame also they do not provide tea or coffee but there is a kettle and coffee machine in the room

Love this hotel can't fault it one bit the staff are amazing and always happy to help the drinks are very good and the food was lovely plenty of choice will be returning as soon as possible

Huoneen kunto oli tosi huono, tosi likainen suihkutilat, viemäri oli niin tukossa, että jos kävi 5 min suihkussa piti odottaa 30 min ennen kuin vesi oli laskeutunut pois. Huoneessa piti olla kahden hengen sänky, mutta olikin kaksi yhden hengen sänkyjä joita vaan laitettu vierekkäin, ja sängyjen väliin aina tuli rako, koska patjat oli erilaisia. Sängyt oli todella huonokuntoisia ja epämukava nukkua. Siivoojat kävivät melkein päivittäin, mutta petasivat vain sängyt ja laittoivat lattialla olevat likaiset pyyhet takaisin naulakkoon ”kuivumaan”. Hotellin tiedoissa luki, että viikon aikana vaihtavat 2krt lakanat, yöpyimme 9yötä, eikä kertaakaan vaihdettu lakanoita. Hotellin alue oli todella meluisa, joka yö heräsi siihen että joku turisti huutelee ja riitelee siellä. Myöskään hotellin alueella ei ole ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja eikä tätä kerrota etukäteen. Henkilökunta oli ok, mutta hotelli oli sen verran iso että huoneen löytäminen oli todella vaikeaa, eikä kukaan respassa viittinyt tulla neuvomaan vaan piti 20min kävellä edes takaisin painavilla matkalaukuilla ennen kuin löysi perille. Hotellissa oli myös remontti kesken joka aiheutti jonkin verran meteliä. Hotellissa oli myös paljon portaita ja yksi vanha ja tosi pelottava hissi. Ainoa hyvä asia hotellissa oli kaunis näköala, josta olimme toki maksaneet ylimääräistä.

Gorgeous room, spectacular views. Personally struggled with vertigo on the stairs. Strong smell from the drains. Exceptionally good value for money.

La habitación que nos tocó, estaba agrietada, por dentro se oía cuando rugía la pared de que se estaba rajando. Nos pasamos sin dormir un día entero por el ruido. Al día siguiente pedimos otra habitación para poder dormir porque se seguía escuchando y casualmente las demás habitaciones estaban bloqueadas.. todo lo demás estuvo perfecto, las mujeres de limpieza, el socorrista, las personas de recepción... Pero el apartamento estuvo fatal, se oía muchísimo el ventilador, la vasija..
