The room was small but clean, and the staff was very friendly. The location is excellent!

The location of the hotel was PERFECT which is why who chose this hotel. However the cleanliness of the room was poor and worse was the shower. It had black bold all over. We honestly felt very dis usted when showering. They service the room daily but not really clean. It was just throwing the trash, taking the used towels and replacing them with new ones but cleanliness overall lacked in the room. The front desk staff did the minimum: if you asked for a taxi they would get it for us but never welcomed us back or greeted us as we approach the counter. We always had to literally get their attention when we needed something.

Super céntrico. Al lado de la plaza central. Silencioso. Muy limpio y cómodo. Desayuno incluido insuperable, muy rico y variado. Personal muy amable y servicial. Excelente relación calidad precio. Instalaciones renovadas y muy bonita la decoración. Muy aconsejable para alojarse en Bolonia. A la vez está a 15 minutos andando de l estación central de tren.

Framförallt är läget i centrala Bologna perfekt, alldeles bredvid Piazza Maggiore. Frukosten är bra och städningen helt ok. Hotellet har väl egentligen inga speciella faciliteter.

Well located. Very convenient and walkable area

Il cuore di Bologna. Utilissimo il doppio ingresso : uno su strada pedonale, l'altro su strada percorribile dalle auto dove ti porta il taxi. Colazione varia, dolce/ salato con scelte limitate. Struttura datata come tutta la zona, ma tenuta in efficienza. Tra il personale ho individuato Davide , che si è distinto per cortesia ed efficienza. Unico neo : check in h 15.00 ; check out h 11.00. Data la posizione ed il rapporto qualità/ prezzo, ci tornerò.

Hotel muito bem localizado com atendimentoexcelente. Único ponto que me desagradou foram os cobertores antigos e que não pareciam higienizados. O quarto ficou muito frio durante a noite talvez por conta do ar condicionado congelante no corredor...

Great location in the City, everything on the doorstep. Staff helpful and everywhere kept clean. If we went back to Bologna would stay there again

Nice welcoming from the staff and the breakfast that was included was great. Location was perfect for us. Close to every thing we wanted to see.

Close to walk to most things, clean, tidy, helpful staff, breakfast was good, but no hot food, busy area, good taste of Rome! Room was quiet enough and dark enough to sleep, old school lift, but very easy to use, and a big plus was the Taxi stand right outside!

The room was clean, but noisy. The toilet didn't flush well, I had to press the button for 30 times to do a flush. I like to thank the front desk staffs who helped me to check in and check out, they were all polite and friendly. The room attendants were nice too. I appreciated that very much. The terrible experience was from the restaurant. On April 18 local time. When I walked in no one greeted me nor asked if I wanted any coffee. I observed when other guests came in, the staff greeted them and asked what kind of coffee they wanted. The local tour guides taught us to do things slowly so I was trying to do that, the breakfast was ok, I ate slowly and then tried to plan for my itinerary, I believed for a total of 1.5 hours or so, when I went for my last cup of tea and back to the table, they already cleaned the table, one of the staff, an older gentleman with grey hair and black frame eye glasses suddenly yelled and lashed out at me, "You are here for two hours, two hours" then he continued saying things in Italian and walked behind me to somewhere....he was probably scolding me in Italian. His coworker and even some guests could hear it, his rude behavior was totally unacceptable, the worst that I have ever encountered, what have I done to deserve that? If you are working in service sector, there is no room for prejudice, discrimination, nor rude manner toward any customers. Of course I did not go back to that restaurant anymore!!
