Room has no windows unlike what they showed in their photos. Asked if there's another room with windows and she said there's one for additional £20 per night but windows are frosted lol. I fell sick for 2 days and it was really depressing being stuck in a room with no windows. To make things worse, the hot water did not work for almost one whole day, the water was freezing cold! Called in, said someone is coming to fix next day at 10am, called again next day at 3pm, receptionists gave cold answer "they're working on it". Imagine not being able to shower after a long day of activities. Hot water was cloudy. Really
