Absolutely brilliant stay. Was a beautiful hotel with great staff who couldn’t do more for you! Rona and leela were so helpful and had wonderfully customer service skills. I would definitely come back here again and hopefully very soon. Am missing it already ❤️

A one night stay. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Hotel is a pleasant setting. Rooms are of a good size and the king sized bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very tasty. Happy to stay again.

I requested additional pillows and a duvet 3 times over 5 hours. Nothing came. Finally I was told the hotel did not have any to spare.

The front office was not the friendliest when i checked in on 5 April and subsequently the next day when i checked on my room status.
The hotel is going thru some cost savings measure as it is pretty apparent.
Stayed in the hotel every year for the past 4 years and must say this year is the most disappointed

Expensive coffee machine but no pods for it in the room.
Filled the thing with water and looked for the pods but there were none.
The restaurant served what they said was a Papaya salad, made of only bean sprouts and fresh chilli. They did not charge for it but left disappointed and hungry.

Hotel lobby looks amazing. However the room was like a sauna. I was given one of the inside rooms so I didn't have a proper window.
The air con did not work and it was the hottest week of the year so far. Maintenance was sent, they had a look but nothing changed. I was given a fan which helped , it was one of the water coolng ones. When I came back to my room it made it smell like a swimming baths.
On an evening i had to keep my door open until it was time to sleep, just to keep the room cool.

Service of the front desk, esp Ms Tamara. Friendly & helpful. Attended to my enquiries promptly. The Concierge, Mr Daniel was extremely helpful & attentive to my request.
The room i gotten was bad, Room number 140 (accessible), lamp was faulty, no one came to repair although i called several times since my 1st day. Toilet sink leaked, toilet flooded with the no curtain bath tub. & Room 142 toilet light was flickering too. Overall although we gotten a connecting rooms as requested, but were upset that many hiccups happened.
We will be check-in again on the 1st May for 6 nights. Hoping that this time will be a better experience.

Excellent as always ! I can’t picture myself staying in an other hotel tan the Dorset when I book a trip to London . The location is perfect . The staff is amazing . Rooms are the cleanest .

The hotel room was spacious, and we had booked a family room with one large bed and a sofa bed. However, we only ended up with one large bed because the sofa bed was broken and couldn’t be opened. As a result, the four of us had to squeeze into one bed, which was completely different from what we expected. The arrangement was very poor in this regard.
Additionally, the room did not have enough bedding, and we had to call housekeeping at night to request extra bedding. It took a long time for it to arrive. While the room itself wasn’t bad, this part of the arrangement and how it was handled was very disappointing—especially considering we paid for a family room.

I pre-paid for three nights. Although the common areas were quite nice, my room and bathroom were dirty (crusty food in the carpet around the bin, mold in the shower, blood spots on the sheets, and dust on surfaces). The lamp was broken, the mattress was very old, and the wardrobe door was warped from extensive water damage. There were no other rooms available and it was late, so I slept a little on the cleaner of the two sheets. In the morning, after I waited for a while, the manager told me if I paid more, I could move to another room. I asked if I could see it first, and was told no. I declined the offer, and left without a place to stay, nor a refund of the two other nights I purchased. It simply wasn't worth it! I walked to the hotel next door and had a much, much better stay.

Wonderful hotel decor, staff were very professional however the carpet in our room had a stain on it which was a bit disappointing. Comfort was pretty bad overnight as the A/C was ineffective and you are unable to open the room window. VERY hot.
