Very dirty rooms

Positivt: Nytt hotell, kort tid på innsjekk/utsjekk, fint størrelse på standard room, fint at man kan velge bort renhold og da få rabatt på mat/drikke(selv om vi ikke benyttet oss av dette), kort vei til t-bane, kort vei til kjøpesenter og restauranter. Deilig med håndklevarmer. Negativt: frostet glass fra rom og inn på bad/dusj så man kunne se den personen som dusjer ganske godt inn på rommet. Sikkert fint når det er et par, men for venninner på tur (eller som meg som reiste med en tenåring)så kan det være litt ubehagelig. Ingen dobørste!! Lavt vanntrykk i toalettet og ingen dobørste er bare EKKELT! Heller ingen tørkepapir eller lignende som et hotell av denne standard burde ha! Området er helt ok på dagtid, men på kveldstid føltes det litt utrygt for meg da jeg gikk med datteren min. Mye "gjenger" og det lukter weed overalt. Vi ble ropet en del etter både på gaten til/fra tube stasjonen og i parken.

The fact that I asked for a heater to be placed in advance in our room for my wife was great service . Unfortunate not to have access to restaurant for dinner on Valentine weekend!

The location was excellent for what I required, the staff especially Francois the manager were top draw, the shared facilities were very clean and of a great standard and the atrium was superb.

The room was lovely, the bed was amazing. The rooms aren't that big but is clean.

Amazing staff, food and location

The shower pole broke off when I got in. The cleaner must have seen it and just propped it up! Room 648. I also called twice for my reciept and still haven’t had it emailed over as promised!

We just wrapped up our second annual stay at your wonderful hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. A special thank you to Aaron at the front desk, who provided exceptional service and truly made us feel welcome. Now that we’ve headed back from London, we can say with certainty: whenever we return to the city, this will be our home away from home. An amazing experience all around!

Room was lovely for the price paid. Staff friendly and attentive. The toilet was blocked in our room and we were moved within 15 mins no issues

Our check -in process was great and the first room we were assigned was almost perfect except very,very cold. We received a portable heater which worked well but then some of the main lighting in the room suddenly went off. We had to switch rooms but the second room was not as clean and had other issues.

Convenient location to the shopping centre and tube. Rooms always clean, tidy and ready. My one bug bear is that there is never any english breakfast tea in the rooms! Always have to go down and ask for it at reception

This hotel seems to be getting worse. The heating was not working, so after a complaint to reception I lucky to be provided with an oil filled radiator (my colleague with the same issue on a completely different floor was not so lucky). The bedding was put on the bed with a sticky laundry label still attached (at least it was clean I guess). There was no bath mat for the over bath shower, so climbing out of the bath was treacherous. Beverage tray only had camomile tea. I guess that was to calm your nerves before checking out. After the first visit I don’t have breakfast here as the office is a 20 minute walk away and I can get a good and cheap breakfast there. My only experience of breakfast in the past (so not current feedback) was a very disappointing cooked to order breakfast that took much longer than it should. The rooms are generally quite pokie, with either windows that face into the atrium, or have manefestation preventing you from looking out if you’re on a lower floor. I try not to stay here, but unfortunately Shepherds Bush is not over-endowed with hotels, and as I said… the office is a 20 minute walk away.

God service. Passe stort og innholdsrikt treningsrom. God seng. Kort vei ti T-bane og shoppingsenteret.
