This hotel seems to be getting worse. The heating was not working, so after a complaint to reception I lucky to be provided with an oil filled radiator (my colleague with the same issue on a completely different floor was not so lucky). The bedding was put on the bed with a sticky laundry label still attached (at least it was clean I guess). There was no bath mat for the over bath shower, so climbing out of the bath was treacherous. Beverage tray only had camomile tea. I guess that was to calm your nerves before checking out. After the first visit I don’t have breakfast here as the office is a 20 minute walk away and I can get a good and cheap breakfast there. My only experience of breakfast in the past (so not current feedback) was a very disappointing cooked to order breakfast that took much longer than it should. The rooms are generally quite pokie, with either windows that face into the atrium, or have manefestation preventing you from looking out if you’re on a lower floor. I try not to stay here, but unfortunately Shepherds Bush is not over-endowed with hotels, and as I said… the office is a 20 minute walk away.

Lovely Hotel, Staff very helpful. Just disappointed on breakfast, nothing left whenever we came down at 9.40

El año pasado me alojé también en este hotel pero este año la experiencia ha sido peor. No tienen absolutamente ningún mantenimiento de las habitaciones . La alfombra está sucia y la apariencia es horrible . El colchón se hunde una barbaridad. La calefacción no funcionó ningún día y la barra de la ducha no estaba bien anclada a la pared y se salía todo el rato . Para un hotel de estas estrellas es lamentable su estado . Hay que verlo todo no solo su entrada . No nos volveremos a alojar en este hotel . El área bastante insegura por la noche .

My room on 2nd floor was not a 4 star room, needed lots of tlc. Soup of the day was same to days in a row, made my wonder about the fresheness of the catering. Staff were nice and helpful

Decent breakfest, but very poor cleaning in the rooms

Reception staff were lovely, hotel was clean. Food wasn't amazing and not much choice for fussy children!! If we were staying for a week I'm not sure we would have eaten at the hotel but we were only there one night to see a show at the O2 Academy next door so perfect for what we wanted.

Super location. Lovely hotel. Early check-in charge is a rip off.

Apart from the crack in the sink it was spectacular

The gentleman who checked us in was really nice. the lobby where you can get a drink at the Jin bar is pretty and they have water refill stations on each floor which is really handy. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work and it was absolutely sweltering the whole time we were there and very uncomfortable ! The room was also quite tired and there were so many stains all over the carpets! We told the lady at the front desk when we checked out but she didn’t seem bothered and just said hope to see you again… rather disappointing. Breakfast was pretty average. Not a massive selection, and there was no yoghurt or fruit left or being refilled either. The cooked breakfast buffet there was okay. Good quality bacon, sausage and eggs. Over all it’s a good location but the fact our room air on didn’t work was a massive downfall for us.

I chose this hotel because the room had a fridge and a bathtub. When i arrived I noticed that the toilet didn't flush properly,the sink didn't drain and the fridge wasn't working. I talked to the staff in reception and they asked someone to have a look.They got the toilet working but nothing else.Tried to have a bath but could't get any hot water in the bath or the shower,only the sink had hot water,that wouldn't drain.Then I tried to have toast at breakfast but the bread got stuck in the toaster.A very polite man asked me to use another toaster since that one wasn't working properly.The AC didn't work at all and while the cleaning lady tidied my room,she also took all the toilet paper! There was a roll in the holder when I left and when I got back the holder was empty! For the first time ever checking out of a hotel they didn't ask me how I enjoyed my stay....can guess why. The only good thing was nice towels and the wifi worked. would

I stay here for convenience to my London office but despite upgrading myself to a better quality of room this time it was still poor. The shower was tatty, marks on the carpet and a bedside light that did not work. I have expressed my concerns to the Hotel Staff before but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Such a shame as it's a beautiful building.

Fine for the price I paid - nicer than a comparable premier inn etc but miles from the service I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Toiletries in bathroom completely empty and not refilled despite asking on numerous occasions. “Please make up my room” sign ignored multiple nights in a row. Room walked into by housekeeping staff without a knock on door first. Location great - convenient for travelling pretty much anywhere in London and Westfield a 5 minute walk away. Room nice enough, although strong damp smell in the bathroom (thankfully only when the door was opened) and due to the design of the hotel very limited daylight through window. Would stay again but only if as heavily discounted as it was this time

The room was supposed to include a double / king bed. When arriving to the room, it was two singles. Went to reception to report, and while I was promised it would be resolved, 6 hours later no change. Offered a discount, but when I went to check out, that had temporarily been forgotten too.

Check in was slow, but good. Got to the room which had some stains on carpet, not a big issue. Went to the loo, toothpaste stains on sink as if uncleaned, wiped one with wet tissue and dark poo stuck to inside of toilet. Asked for housekeeping, but staff were off duty - it was very late. Was given a new room that was comfy and clean. Hotel is not what it used to be although staff was quick to act and very apologetic.

Excellent but… i stay here a lot but they keep putting me in the accessible rooms!
