쇼핑센터가 도보거리,
주요 관광지와는 조금 거리가 있고, 호텔주변 분위기는 전반적으로 보통.
와인 서비스를 받긴 했는데, 같이 먹을 과일이나 안주도 없이 와인한 병만 달랑 맨손으로 들고오는 황당함.
직원들의 응대는 훌륭함.

Generally a good experience. Asked for a quiet room, ended up on the 7th floor facing the main roads, so not too quiet. Also sounded like I was next to a plant room that rumbled all night. Panoramic view from thiis floor from room spoilt by very dirty exterior windows.

Hotel stuff friendly, allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel before checking time. Room was very tidy, clean and very comfortable. It was a short walk to the shopping centre and tube. Would recommend and stay again

Like quiet room. Did not like no change of towels. No English teabags in room. Never gave extra toilet rolls. Worst of all the hotel cgarged me £75 on arrival. Promised to return to me after holiday. I have never ever got back my money. Avoid this hotel. You will be disappointed.

Bed was supposed to be a double but was actually two singles put together. This is not a double and creates a sink in the middle as the two come apart.
Draft beer was off and I’m told has been off for some time.
Queue to check in and check out while other people just stood around. Maybe train them to be able to help with this process? I had to give up at check out and just leave my room key on the counter as I had a train to catch.
Other than that, room was nice and clean. Staff were very polite and well mannered.

I have stayed here many times and this hotel is nowhere near as good as it once was. Once again the shower tap was not working and the water would not turn off. There is always something problematic in the room and I cancelled my next trip and have changed hotels. Staff are not as friendly/helpful as they should be

For the past two years I’ve stayed at the Hoxton hotel next door and thought I’d try somewhere different this time. I big mistake , a very tired and overpriced hotel, trying to be something more than it is. As for breakfast, wow an even bigger mistake paying £25 for that, second morning found a lovely cafe around the corner half the price with far superior food and ambience. Next time I’m putting my business back to the Hoxton.
