牧羊人布什多赛特酒店

原來訂了普通客房，後來付費升級到豪華客房，但是给我的房間只是安排在一樓，而且房間比較小，我覺得這個應該是一般的普通客房

Room with king sized bed given to us has a small window only, size of room reasonable. Housekeeping service poor. towels were not replenished properly, cleaning was not up to standard, empty tissue box was not refilled. They put on a 5% service charge on your bill at check in but you may say no on checking out, a bit embarrassing.

no air-condition, very hot in room

This is the first time I book flight hotel via expedia. I am very satisfied with Expedia service. Thank you, Expedia! I will use Expedia next time.

No TV movie channels have been provided, Seating chairs are not sufficient for two persons.

Safe location. Staff were polite. Good service.

We stayed here as it was close to the O2 venue next door. On arrival the entrance was grand, but the customer service didn’t match. We were confused to be asked about where we travelling after checkout, which was then loosely linked to immigration by the staff member. Would only stay again if visiting the venue next door.

Rooms are clean but there was a few stains and scuffs all along the walls.

Nice hotel in good location. On both check in and check out there were staff available but didn’t acknowledge me until their colleague took over

I've stayed here regularly for the last four years and I think standards have definitely slipped. My room's air conditioning was broken, I told reception on leaving for dinner and when I returned it was still broken with no acknowledgement from reception. The rooms are looking tatty, especially the bathrooms. There was no water in my fridge as there usually would be either.

I had an awful experience with the Dorsett Shepherd's Bush that necessitated in me having to leave the premises to stay at a nearby hotel. I'm still waiting for an explanation from the hotel as to why my checked in room (with do not disturb sign changing on the door) was accessed, my private property packed and removed by persons unknown without my permission. It was supposedly moved to alternative room which I hadn't requested and which was also empty of my belongings! My bag with papers, medication, clothes, private material etc was eventually found in lost property. I felt unsafe at the hotel. I felt lied to about what had transpired. Very troubling experience all together.

Room was stuffy and had a smell

Just stayed in hotel. Did not use any facilities

No on site restaurant currently, room clean but warm ( room 224) settings would not adjust , tv kept stalling and pixellating.

Nice staff, comfortable room, great breakfast

The hotel and room was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The downside was that half our light switches in our room didn't work. Also the cooked breakfast was cold.

Positivt: Nytt hotell, kort tid på innsjekk/utsjekk, fint størrelse på standard room, fint at man kan velge bort renhold og da få rabatt på mat/drikke(selv om vi ikke benyttet oss av dette), kort vei til t-bane, kort vei til kjøpesenter og restauranter. Deilig med håndklevarmer. Negativt: frostet glass fra rom og inn på bad/dusj så man kunne se den personen som dusjer ganske godt inn på rommet. Sikkert fint når det er et par, men for venninner på tur (eller som meg som reiste med en tenåring)så kan det være litt ubehagelig. Ingen dobørste!! Lavt vanntrykk i toalettet og ingen dobørste er bare EKKELT! Heller ingen tørkepapir eller lignende som et hotell av denne standard burde ha! Området er helt ok på dagtid, men på kveldstid føltes det litt utrygt for meg da jeg gikk med datteren min. Mye "gjenger" og det lukter weed overalt. Vi ble ropet en del etter både på gaten til/fra tube stasjonen og i parken.
