原來訂了普通客房，後來付費升級到豪華客房，但是给我的房間只是安排在一樓，而且房間比較小，我覺得這個應該是一般的普通客房

Room with king sized bed given to us has a small window only, size of room reasonable. Housekeeping service poor. towels were not replenished properly, cleaning was not up to standard, empty tissue box was not refilled. They put on a 5% service charge on your bill at check in but you may say no on checking out, a bit embarrassing.

This is the first time I book flight hotel via expedia. I am very satisfied with Expedia service. Thank you, Expedia! I will use Expedia next time.

No TV movie channels have been provided, Seating chairs are not sufficient for two persons.

The location of hotel is good where nearby the underground station and shopping mall but without carparking area. Also, the room with few hairs found. Tidyness had to be review.

Booked a room with a queen size bed and was given a room with two small twin beds. No coffee available at the bar ?

Our stay at the hotel was deeply disappointing. Despite an inviting lobby, our experience was overshadowed by severe cleanliness and maintenance problems. We spent 3+ hours checking in because we had to change rooms 4 times because of mould in the air vents. We ended up viewing all the available rooms with the receptionist and 13 out of 15 rooms had significant amounts of green mould in the air vents, posing a serious health risk, especially as one of us has asthma. The staff tried to help, but the best we could do was settle for a room with less mould—yet it was still dirty, with toothpaste around the sink and brown stains on the bathroom floor that turned out to be feces residue. They ordered cleaners but they never showed the first or following day, so we had to clean the bathroom ourselves, including feces stains. The air circulation was poor, with non-opening windows and mouldy ventilation, making the room stuffy and hot even with the aircon on. Sleep was difficult and the environment made our trip exhausting rather than enjoyable. On checkout, there were further frustrations over a refund: initially promised a full refund for the first night, but we ended with 20% off the entire stay which was less than the agreed amount for day one. Receptionists Yareth and Dante did their best, but the scale of the issues was overwhelming and widespread. Ultimately, our experience at this hotel was the worst we’ve ever had, and we would strongly advise others to avoid it altogether.

Bathroom had mold on the floor and it smelled really bad. Staff was nice overall, no complaints about that.

Good value for money. Ok breakfast. Clean.

The "gym" is exceptionally poor. Tiny studio room in which NONE of the treadmills, bike or cross trainer functioned. The weights range only went to 10kg. Room was generally clean but there was blood, or something the same colour on the right hand curtain, waist height, in room 5111. Restaurant was fine for dinner and breakfast.

Nice hotel. Breakfast replenishment needs to be more frequent, especially as guests are busy in the morning. I had so much luggage and the wonderful Charlie helped me with it. A lovely human, the hotel is lucky to have him

Great staff, comfortable room and good value for a west London hotel.

Nice hotel for the cost. Great shower and comfy spacious room. Issues were that the room wasn’t done up over the 4 night stay even though we left the sign on the door, the shower although great leaked all over the bathroom and the even though I have a fear of lifts there were no stairs as an option. The staff didn’t even know where the stairs were!

Positives: front-of-house staff were friendly, breakfast was good and overall the hotel was attractive and clean. Our room was overlooking the hotel interior so lovely and quiet - though I prefer some natural light. Love the water bottle refilling stations on each floor - we really needed them (see below) Room for improvement: some areas of inattention in maintenance and housekeeping. All the soap/shower gel dispensers were empty on our arrival, so we had to ask for them to be filled, and tea/coffee in the room was not replenished the whole four nights. The bathroom radiator was leaking and had obviously been doing so for some time. One of the bedside lights was missing so only one person could see to read at night. I asked about getting another but nothing happened. Mattresses and pillows were on the hard side. One day one of our pillows mysteriously disappeared from the room and we had fo ask for its return. Biggest gripe was the climate control, which kept defaulting to a temperature that was too warm, was impossible to turn off and noisy. The air was so dry we were constantly thirsty and waking up with scratchy eyes. On two mornings the restaurant ran out of all bread and pastry options except sliced for toast, half way through service. Niggles like this all make a difference and mostly shouldn't be hard to put right without guests needing to ask.

Staff all really lovely. Nice bath. Breakfast was adequate.

Apparently we got upgraded.. the room was a great size but the lounge chairs were covered in stains…. Yep.. those kind of stains

The lobby is beautiful and the bed was quite nice.
