The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are excellent. Particularly the gentleman who was in charge of the dining area. Very convenient for travelling into the city with Shepherds Bush Tube only 8 mins walk.

Reception staff were lovely, hotel was clean. Food wasn't amazing and not much choice for fussy children!! If we were staying for a week I'm not sure we would have eaten at the hotel but we were only there one night to see a show at the O2 Academy next door so perfect for what we wanted.

The gentleman who checked us in was really nice. the lobby where you can get a drink at the Jin bar is pretty and they have water refill stations on each floor which is really handy. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work and it was absolutely sweltering the whole time we were there and very uncomfortable ! The room was also quite tired and there were so many stains all over the carpets! We told the lady at the front desk when we checked out but she didn’t seem bothered and just said hope to see you again… rather disappointing. Breakfast was pretty average. Not a massive selection, and there was no yoghurt or fruit left or being refilled either. The cooked breakfast buffet there was okay. Good quality bacon, sausage and eggs. Over all it’s a good location but the fact our room air on didn’t work was a massive downfall for us.

I chose this hotel because the room had a fridge and a bathtub. When i arrived I noticed that the toilet didn't flush properly,the sink didn't drain and the fridge wasn't working. I talked to the staff in reception and they asked someone to have a look.They got the toilet working but nothing else.Tried to have a bath but could't get any hot water in the bath or the shower,only the sink had hot water,that wouldn't drain.Then I tried to have toast at breakfast but the bread got stuck in the toaster.A very polite man asked me to use another toaster since that one wasn't working properly.The AC didn't work at all and while the cleaning lady tidied my room,she also took all the toilet paper! There was a roll in the holder when I left and when I got back the holder was empty! For the first time ever checking out of a hotel they didn't ask me how I enjoyed my stay....can guess why. The only good thing was nice towels and the wifi worked. would

I stay here for convenience to my London office but despite upgrading myself to a better quality of room this time it was still poor. The shower was tatty, marks on the carpet and a bedside light that did not work. I have expressed my concerns to the Hotel Staff before but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Such a shame as it's a beautiful building.

Fine for the price I paid - nicer than a comparable premier inn etc but miles from the service I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Toiletries in bathroom completely empty and not refilled despite asking on numerous occasions. “Please make up my room” sign ignored multiple nights in a row. Room walked into by housekeeping staff without a knock on door first. Location great - convenient for travelling pretty much anywhere in London and Westfield a 5 minute walk away. Room nice enough, although strong damp smell in the bathroom (thankfully only when the door was opened) and due to the design of the hotel very limited daylight through window. Would stay again but only if as heavily discounted as it was this time

Check in was slow, but good. Got to the room which had some stains on carpet, not a big issue. Went to the loo, toothpaste stains on sink as if uncleaned, wiped one with wet tissue and dark poo stuck to inside of toilet. Asked for housekeeping, but staff were off duty - it was very late. Was given a new room that was comfy and clean. Hotel is not what it used to be although staff was quick to act and very apologetic.

COMPLAINT- We stayed at your hotel on Friday 21st November for one night. We had disturbed sleep as in the night we heard extensive dripping water. In the morning we were horrified to find the carpet sodden as there was a leak which we think was coming from the above room. Also, as we were preparing to leave, we were disturbed by the maintenance men wanting to get into our room. We received no apology for this inconvenience. When we checked out, as compensation we asked for our bar bill to be refunded. The staff member said that it wasn’t showing on our room bill and reassured us it wouldn’t be process. However, the sum of £22 was debited from my husband’s credit card on 22nd November- the day we checked out! Which highlights the incompetence of the reception staff. Please refund this and consider compensation for this incident. If we had had any possessions on the floor where the carpet was wet it would have been badly damaged . I have sent a message to the hotel today 10/12/25 but have not yet had a reply

I chose to stay at this hotel again for 4 nights from December 4th to 8th, and I believed that I would be satisfied with the rooms as I had been in the past. However, I was extremely dissatisfied this time. Moreover, when dealing with a manager(morning shift on 2015/12/05)who was handling the room change, he was not friendly and his attitude was arrogant. He was unable to resolve my request. The hotel management should follow up and provide guidance on how to handle guests' requests. The issue arose on December 4th when I checked in and was assigned room 738 (see photo). There were some problems: a damaged cabinet, bed, lint on the carpet, a sink that wouldn't drain, and the room was unclean and had an odor. I requested these issues be addressed. I was then moved to room 715, but a few issues remained: the carpet was unclean, just like in 738, and the bathroom drain wasn't working properly. I again contacted the hotel to understand and request solutions, but the manager said there was nothing they could do. My only options were to choose between room 738 or 715 and have them cleaned again. No staff were instructed to inspect the room at that time, so I had no choice but to stay in the less problematic room 715. It wasn't until that evening, when I used the shower, that I discovered there was no hot water and only a small amount of cold water(see video).
