Lovely, spacious apartment with high ceilings and well equipped kitchen and enough toilet roll for our whole stay! Great amenities nearby and easy to walk everywhere. The bathroom is a little cramped but everything else is really great. Perfect location and useful locker storage after we’d checked out.

No hay gente que te pueda apoyar, es muy complicado maniobrar con las maletas hay un elevador muy pequeño. Excelente ubicación y muy limpio!

Amazing location, the apartment is very nice in minutes distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff were easy to communicate with and eager to help. Only a couple of negatives were the door keypad only worked on the last day after getting fixed, we could only open the apartment with a link sent but not ideal as was always worried about phone battery to open apartment. Door was also stiff to open each time. Toilet blocked easily, the maintenance fixed this quickly. Lastly the noise from other apartments is easy to hear, we had neighbours upstairs play loud music two nights in a row, walls are thin and we got unlucky with some bad neighbours. Despite the above would stay again, the standard of the apartment was high and customer service was great and did their best to make our stay great!

Ich habe die Wohnung für 8 Personen und drei Tage gemietet und war sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe von Plaza de Cataluña und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, modern und geräumig. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung vor dem Einchecken war sehr organisiert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

It is a great well maintained space. Lacks a dryer and elevator is tiny. But overall it was a positive experience and would book again.

+ good location/ service to fix things - old facility , there are several occasions happened during our stay, for example, hot water not stable, kitchen problem/ dishwasher defects, ants from the floor etc. / toilet defect. / WiFi speed is fair

We zijn heel tevreden over ons verblijf. We verbleven in een superior appartement voor 6 personen. Enig minpuntje: gezien het een appartement voor 6 personen is, mocht er nog een sofa bij. Voor de rest uiterst hygiënisch en een ideale ligging. Wij komen zeker terug!!

위치는 좋습니다. 그러나 체크인 할때 위치 설명과 난방시설에 대한 설명이 부족하고 처음에 제가 예약한 룸 사진이랑 달라서 조금 실망했어요 수건은 오래되서 너무 뻣뻣했고 건조기가 있다고 되어 있었는데 그냥 빨래건조대만 있을뿐 어쨌든 이 가격에 청소서비스도 없고 소통도 잘 안되고 조금 불편함이 있습니다. 나름 침구는 깨끗했구요 조리시설이나 도구들이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다.

가까운 지하철역에서 트렁크밀고5분 그냥은 3분 거리입니다 아주 깨끗하진 않았지만 넓고 쾌적합니다. 세탁기와 건조기에어 곰팡냄새가 나서 당황했지만 금방 적응했습니다 방청소후 열어두는것을 권합니다

숙소 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 내부공간도 가족이 이용하기 좋았습니다. 세탁기 건조기도 있었고 요리에 필요한 집기류 기본적인 양념도 갖추고 있습니다. 얼리 체크인은 안되지만 짐 보관 장소를 알려주셨는데, 바로 옆건물 스타벅스도 있습니다. 전자식으로 문열림이 편했고 비대면 체크인아웃입니다. 화장실 수압이 조금 약한 편입니다.

In pieno centro e piuttosto ben insonorizzatta. Problemi al check-in: la k-box era in tilt, al citofono Aspacios non ci hanno aiutato e solo dopo telefonata (e attesa di mezz'ora) è arrivato un incaricato per farci entrare. Errato anche il numero civico del nostro palazzo

Great location. Clean spacious apartment. Best area to stay.

The location is also really good and very convenient. The room was clean and very spacious, and even had a large patio, which was great. Although it wasn't in the same building, there was a locker 30 seconds away by foot, and we were able to store a lot of luggage there (4 large suitcases and 3 carry-on bags). Unlike a hotel, there is no reception, and you have to enter your passport and pay the tax in advance, and then the room card number is sent to you. They were very polite.

夏休みに家族4人で６泊しました 施設の位置情報と少しズレがあり 目の前にあるスターバックスの隣がアパートです 鍵の施錠は動画が送られてくるので 分かりやすくスムーズです シャワーや水圧に問題はなく 排水も問題ありませんでした 冷蔵庫にヨーグルトなどの食品があると口コミで見ましたが私達が滞在中はありませんでした しかし近辺は非常に便利な場所にあり 困りませんでした 出来たら洗濯機の使い方を動画で教えてもらえれば大変助かります ありがとうございました

We stayed here for three days to explore Barcelona, and the location was very central and easy to get around. The apartment was clean, but we had a little difficulty with the air conditioning, which is very necessary in August in Barcelona! Communication around checkin was well done, if a little time consuming due to the multiple buildings, however we really appreciated the ability to store our luggage. I would argue the sofa bed situation is not conducive to having more than two people stay at the apartment, as you lose the entire lounge area but the balcony views are STUNNING!

Plumbing flooded an entire restroom. There was mold on the master bathroom restroom.
