We had a three bedroom, 2 bath unit for 6 people. The location is excellent and host very responsive. The space was roomy and had all that we needed. There is a washer/ dryer combo that fits a days worth of clothing for all 6 of us. All units require you to go upstairs. There is a small elevator to help get bags up and down or for someone who can't/ doesn't want to use stairs. There are towels and a stater kit with toilet prayer and kitchen cleaning needs. There are no washcloths (we brought loofah with us). There is a small grocery across the street and a larger one around the corner. Everything is walkable. We would stay here again if we come back to visit. Since we bought a package with flights and stay for 6, I'm not sure what the lodging actually cost by itself.

The unit we were assigned wasn't what we expected. The space wasn't well-appointed, and the amenities were barely adequate. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen in my life. Overall, it was well-located, but the place was very noisy. It is difficult renting this type of property from companies or individuals who aren't in the hospitality business. I definitely wouldn't stay here again, as a hotel would have been a much better option for the price paid. La unidad que nos asignaron no fue lo que esperábamos. El espacio no estaba bien acondicionado y los servicios apenas suficientes. La regadera ha sido la más pequeña que he conocido en toda mi vida. En general bien ubicado pero un lugar muy ruidoso. Difícil rentar este tipo de propiedades a empresas o personas que no se dedican a la hotelería. Definitivamente no me volvería a hospedar en este lugar ya que por el importe pagado un hotel hubiera sido mucho mejor opción.

Excellent unit in a lively location close to a lot of landmarks and shopping. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment was good and close to many amenities. Check even it was until 4pm but was easy.

The space was great and had an excellent location. The host was very welcoming and easy to talk to. The only thing I’d mention is that the bathrooms are slightly small and not too comfortable but you can make do.

Great location for a family with easy access to everything in walking distance, safe and not too loud at night. Property was really nice to stay with everything needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. Taxi stop is few blocks down and so are many restaurants and supermarkets. Only con is the tiny elevator and stairs, but rest is awesome and added color to the amazing time in Barcelona!

We had a great time staying at this location for a week. Central location and good location to explore the city. Apartment is well maintained and having laundry was very convenient.

Ótimo apartamento. Limpo, novo E funcional. Maior do que aparenta nas fotografias. Aliás, os fundos do apartamento da nos fundos da Casa Batlo, que a noite é iluminada. Maravilhosa propriedade. Ótima localização também

Ótima localização, muitas lojas e restaurantes nos arredores. Ficamos no apartamento 2 quartos e 2 banheiros, apartamento amplo, banheiro grande. Tomamos café da manhã todos os dias em casa, mercadinho ótimo próximo. Gostei muito da agilidade de respostas através do e-mail. Solicitei troca de toalhas e responderam imediatamente. E meu quarto estava pronto antes do horário de checkin. Recomendo, tive uma ótima estadia.
