We had the three bedroom top floor apartment. The bedrooms are spread out so everyone had privacy. The teenagers stayed out late and because of the layout, noise wasn’t a problem, and they were safe coming home late. The balcony is large with comfortable furniture and views of the city. Furniture is comfortable and the apartment is tastefully decorated. All rooms (including living room and dining room) have floor and/or table lamps in addition to overhead, and the rooms are spacious compared to other city apartments. We were so comfortable and relaxed. Each room has its own thermostat, so we were able to stay warm without overheating (we were there during a cold spell in November). The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped—we were able to fix a nice meal for six, and sat comfortably at the table.
Things to be aware of: There were no extra blankets (we slept with the heater on so we were warm enough); The lids didn’t fit the pots in the kitchen; There were no instructions for the appliances, so it took us a minute to figure out how to use the stove and washer, (we couldn’t work the built-in dryer but there is a big drying rack so we hung our clothes to air dry). The property managers responded to email, but there is nobody on-site, so responses aren’t immediate; Shampoo and bar soap are provided, but no lotion or hair conditioner, so bring your own if this is something you like.
Overall, we loved this apartment and had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend it!

Bought this hotel last minute hoping it would be good & it exceeded expectations. Would stay here every time. Sooo spacious too & a plus there’s a washer in there. Amazing location so many restaurants etc soon as you walk downstairs.

We experienced multiple bites experienced during our 3-night stay at Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites. Several members of our group were affected, and the bites required pharmacy treatment and later a doctor’s visit.
We reported this at checkout and provided clear photo evidence of the bites. The property advised that both their maintenance team and an external company found “no evidence,” but no inspection reports or documentation were ever shared. For a health and safety matter, greater transparency would have been expected.
The issue also required significant follow-up through Hotels.com before any resolution was reached.
Good location, but based on our experience, travellers should be aware that health and safety concerns were not handled with adequate clarity or urgency.

The apartment is in a brilliant spot and was very spacious for a family of 5. Only minor issue, for me, was the double bed is a bit small for my liking and I’m getting on a bit, the stairs were tough, if you couldn’t squeeze into the lift.
But overall it was too good and what a city!

My unit in the morning was very busy and noisy. We stayed for three nights, and every morning we were woken up by guests checking out early and others leaving their luggage for later check-in. We could hear people talking very clearly from our room. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

Our family spent a comfortable week at this stay. It was very clean and a great location to stay at. You have shopping, dining, and grocery stores within a 5 minute distance. It is also close to public transportation, which is a plus. Overall, would love to stay here again when visiting Barcelona!!
