Excellent room, view to side and park at front. Only downside heated towel rail in bathroom, due to extreme heat we have been experiencing it’s a shame this could not of been turned off. Brilliant location for all amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful with local information and advising where to visit if you fancy going further afield, we visited Knaresborough and York both using public transport very cheap and run every 15 mins. Would definitely stay again.

Just had another night at the White Hart, or favourite place to stay in the lovely town of Harrogate.

Beautiful hotel . Had no issues at all . Check in and out was seamless . Only problem I had was mirror was too high in bathroom to see as I’m 5 Ft 1 could only see top of my head . Bottle bank was emptied early in morning and having window open it was very loud .

Very comfortable and clean room and friendly staff. Only downside there was no view as we were at the back of the hotel overlooking the carpark.

Better breakfast and car parking at other hotels in the area .. it was ok but I wouldn’t recommend

Great room and bar with nice food

Our booking was made in February 2026 and we arrived to find we were not staying in the hotel but in an adjacent building 100 yards away which housed apartments. The weekend was to celebrate my 80th birthday and luckily I am sufficiently agile to overcome the steps getting into the apartment. It could possibly have been more convenient and cheaper to have booked a nearby travel lodge.

Lovely hotel we’ve stayed many times and never been disappointed. Ideal location and great bar.

On the whole a good night. However, our room was right beside the outside garden, so it was very noisy until way past midnight. The breakfast was very nice and the attached restaurant served good quality food.

Our room needed a bit of an update but had a very clean comfortable bed. The pressure in the shower was quite bad and only very small toiletries. Loved the bar, and staff are lovely. Would definitely stay again as the location is perfect. Thank you.

We had 2 night stay. Well located in central harrogate with car park. Modern room, recently refurbished. Reception staff are efficient. No noise, so great nights sleep. Reasonably priced. All good.

Excellent hotel, traditional with a lovely room and great restaurant. It is in the centre of everything so you can leave the car. Will go again.

For a nights stay in Harrogate this hotel was okay but nothing special. We had to change room as the heat was unbearable in the feature room we booked. Facilities were not great just plain

The room was very small more like a single occupancy

The internet was very good. The breakfast was hot and porridge was available to order. The room was very clean and the shower was excellent. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming.

Enjoyed stay. Better value than some other similar hotels nearby. Close to town centre. Also like to give thanks to reception staff who who very helpful, kindly charging my iPhone in their office for me when it ran out charge.

Lovely Stay, this time we got a room in the Annex & it was very quiet & a lovely, exceptionally clean room. Breakfast on this visit was a little disappointing. Replenishment was very slow, several people waiting fir long periods for food to come out. My breakfast was cold due to waiting eggs, bread came & was white only & frozen. Improvements & attention is needed here as clearly several guests were getting frustrated. Everything otherwise was 100% perfect. We’ll be back again
